I have been a customer of A Plus Lawns for many years and they are a wonderful company. The service they provide is efficient and they are reliable. In the past it was hard to find a reliable lawn service. Dennis who I believe is the owner or manager has always been very helpful with whatever I needed or any questions I had. I highly recommend this company!

I'm a little embarrassed that it's taken me so long to get around to leaving a review for my lawn guys, A Plus Lawns. Dennis and his crew, including his sons, have been taking care of my yard for somewhere around 15 years. They do great work for a fair price and show up consistently. I can't think of one time that I had to call and say, " Where are you?" A very nice local, family business. Anyone who says otherwise must have their own issues going on.

The service is pretty consistent from this company. They did a great job and the guys are nice. It’s great to have an auto service but they don’t communicate their price increases well in my opinion.

I’ve used this company for over a year and I have not been satisfied with their work. On multiple occasions they have damaged things on the property. They broke my main water valve and I had to have the water company come fix it. They have damaged my fence and do not report anything they break to you so make sure you do an inspection after they leave. The owner is rude and highly unprofessional and uses profanity when he’s upset. They try and overcharge you and make up bogus cancellation fees just to throw a tantrum. Literally any other lawn company on the Treasure Coast would be better than this company.

Your response only proves my point further. Instead of taking accountability, you chose sarcasm and deflection. It wasn’t just about price—it was the tone, the attitude, and the lack of professionalism. Hopefully, you treat future customers with more respect.

Dennis has horrible customer service and a bad attitude. I was inquiring about lawn service and asked for a quote. He sent his guys who began doing the front without even speaking to me. Then he got mad at me because I didn't tell him my gate was small. Mind you, it's a standard single entry gate that's actually broken, so it's wider than normal. I'm from Miami, it's my first time having a lawn. And not one of the previous companies mentioned it.

Very disappointed in the owner at A Plus. Only had their service for short time. A Plus sent his employees to look at lawn and estimate for cleaning flower beds of leaves and sticks. His employees walked with me front and back of property where I pointed out the things that needed to be done. He than called owner who added us to schedule with a $100 clean up fee. After a month or so I saw nothing was being done to backyard. I called the owner and was met with distain and arrogance. He stated he new he would have trouble with us and we were just trying to add work. He also stated in text that he had spoken to our previous lawnservice and knows about us. We have had the same lawnservice for 20 plus years until he sold his company. I sent photos showing flower beds, fence line and bushes were not trimmed as agreed. I invited him to come see lawn himself which he flatly refused. He said that this is not what we agreed on even though the agreement and walk through was with employee and not owner. He called me a liar and stated he was glad the work wasn't done and would drop us from his schedule. Just beware, this guy has bad communication with staff and is unable to take any criticism with out becoming angrey. Extremely unreasonable the work was not done and he should have finished the month as he was paid to. It was so easy for him to drop us. Doesn't have any customer relations abilities.
