We had an excellent experience from booking to execution. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They even helped diagnose an electrical issue our shoddy/inferior GE oven was causing.

On call electric is THE BEST!! Called them regarding a blown breaker and they were out same day right after a Cat 3 hurricane!! Highly recommend this company!! 5 stars!!

On Call was recommended by my friends (Ted & Wendy Riha), as I had told them I wanted to have a whole house surge suppressor installed. I called today 4/9/24, told them what I wanted and they came out that afternoon and installed a whole house surge suppressor and also a surge suppressor on my AC unit outside. The 2 technicians Orelvis and William were professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Called in and spoke with Ashley regarding a breaker switch issue. Within a few hours the electricians arrived and took care of the problem. I’ve done business with this outstanding company several times now, and for our money we will only call On Call Electric to take care of our system repair needs.

I recently hired On Call to wire pool automation system, run service to pool Auto cover and switch, tie in lighting to automation, and run power to pool heater, and pump. Patrick worked promptly and his customer service and attention to detail were excellent. I highly recommend.

Steve came out to install a surge protector. He was friendly, professional explained what he was doing. He also took the time to look at all of our fuse boxes and found one of our main lines was loose which he tightened for us.

Thank you for coming out so fast (within 4 hours of my call) and replacing the blown circuit breaker on the pool pump. The storm Monday must have taken it out. Adding the surge suppressors on the ac and pool will give us piece of mind for the rest of this rainy season.

Have used On Call since we first moved in and have never been disappointed. Hanging fans, tvs, moving outlets, adding outlets, accent lighting, they do it all. Steve and his apprentice today were fantastic!

Breakers went out Christmas Eve morning and would not reset. Mark came by even though it was a holiday and helped us out! Courteous, professional and thorough! Even gave me suggestions about other breakers in my panel and how to get replacements. Would definitely recommend!

Steven did a nice job. He sprayed a bit of WD40 on the plug prongs and it became much easier to insert an remove. That’s a solution I can apply in the future if needed.Thank you!
