Wow.. The two techs that came to my home,I think Lannis and Chris were their names im sorry if I got them wrong,but they were great.We found them online and from the minute they arrived i felt very comfortable as i’m a single woman living alone.They were kind and courteous and most of all they fixed my ac at half the cost of my original company.I’m glad i opted to get a second opinion and found these guys! Thank you Family First for being honest with me! I’ll call you for any future ac needs!

I'm very impressed with Chris at Family First Cooling. He diagnosed and fixed my 9 year old unit and gave me an estimate for a new system in the future. After comparing with other companies,he was very competitive and offered me a discount for being a veteran.We will be calling him to replace the unit before summer hits. Thank you Family First!

Family first cooling and heating is top notch! I was in a pinch and needed a service asap, they responded in a fast manor, very knowledgeable, GREAT prices, and didn’t try to upsell. Chris from Family First is awesome. I was out of town,when my elderly mother called and said her AC wasn't coming on.I called two other companies and both told me the unit was shot. My wife called Chris at Family First and he came out at 9pm and advised me it was just the drain line clogged and the switch turned it off. He charged me a fair service call fee and the unit has been working great ever since. Thank you Chris I will recommend you to everyone!

Air conditioning went out on a Sunday and was scared to call as lost my Husband recently and money is very tight despite me working full time but Lannis couldn’t have been nicer and worked hard and got it fixed.
He was so nice and I felt grateful that I called them.

I don’t usually leave reviews,but I feel compelled to with the service Family First Cooling provided me. Our AC went out and was told by 2 other companies that we needed to replace our system.Chris and Lannis arrived and found my issue.The compressor was still under warranty and they replaced it as the unit was only 6 years old.Me and my wife appreciated their honesty and workmanship they provided and will be using them from now on.5 stars is the review I’m giving.Thanks again guys,you saved us thousands!

We were experiencing several issues with our HVAC systems for the past year. We contacted Chris with Family First Cooling for a complete system review. Chris and his excellent staff provided us specific options and we chose a new HVAC system. The installation process was flawless and the new system corrected the cooling/heating of our home. We would recommend Family First for all your cooling and heating needs!

Family First cooling and heating provided fast and friendly service. I call about no A/C around 10:39 am and Lannis responded within 2 hrs and replaced a blower motor to have me up and running in no time.

We engaged Family First to resolve a problem with our dryer vent. The hot air could not escape, creating heavy condensation that eventually leaked on the floor. Family First scheduled an appointment for the next business day. Chris arrived on time, quickly identified a blockage in the roof vent, removed it, and restored the system to normal operation.

I called Family First AC to get a quote on a new AC for a small apartment I have. After checking out my situation Lannis advised that I really only needed a split unit instead of a traditional unit. Also did I mention it was a fraction of the price. What a great company. In times like now when money is tight this LOCALLY owned small business took great care of me. Thank you and I will definitely recommend you and Chris to everyone that I can.

Family First is an amazing Family run business. From our first call to final inspection of our new unit recently we couldn’t be happier. The owner takes pride in his work and it shows. Our inspection by the city was completed and the inspector commented about the quality job Chris and his team does at all his inspections. So glad we have this great family run company. The big companies just wanted in and out. Chris explained everything down to the warranty. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in my book!

I called Family First Cooling & Heating when my AC wasn’t blowing cold anymore, and I’m so glad that I did. They found that my unit was low on freon, had a leak, and the coil in my AC was completely rusted over. If it weren’t for them, I would be facing a total AC failure going into the Florida summer. I’m an anxious person, so hearing about this was extremely nerve wracking. They detailed out exactly how they would fix the issues and the cost was much more affordable than I anticipated. Lannis and Chris were by far the most honest, helpful, and professional people that I have spoken to for service to my home. I won’t be using any other company, they have definitely gained a customer for life.

I am so pleased with the service and product of Family First Cooling. My air would not cool the house on a Sunday before going away on a business trip. Family First Cooling came out within a few hours to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, I needed a whole new unit, but they made it a pleasant experience under the circumstances. The price was extremely fair, and they had the unit in within a few days. A few weeks later, I had a family gathering with over a dozen people. I was so happy that for the first time in 16 years, the air could keep up with all the people in and out of the house. It has been two months since the unit was installed. My electric usage is much lower now that they installed the unit. Thank you, Family First Cooling. I would recommend them to all in Lee and Charlotte counties!!

OMG!!!! These guys are the absolute best! I had been dealing with another company and had them coming out every couple of months because my air conditioner would stop working. They gave me a quote to do a final fix and I was shocked! One call to these guys and they were out immediate and saved me over $1000 dollars! They also fixed it right away and made sure it was working properly. They are the best and also extremely reasonable in the pricing. I will absolutely be using them for my annual services.

Had the coil replaced on our out-of-warranty Bruno Air A/C (which has been nothing but trouble). The team did an excellent job—great communication and prompt service throughout!

Chris did an amazing job installing our new air conditioning unit. He was timely, efficient and respectful. While interacting with him, he was courteous, helpful (answered all of our questions), and good communication. He made a point to return message within a short period of time either via phone or txt. Very professional done! We look forward to working with him in the future. We highly recommend Chris and his company.

As a property manager and owner of several investment properties in the cape, Lannis and his company is one of the best I’ve used. I’ve worked with several other companies in the past but these guys go above and beyond. 6pm Saturday on Labor Day weekend they were out at one of my rental homes within 20 minutes of me placing a call. Fantastic company! I worked with Chris who was The epitome of professionalism. He friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, all that good stuff. If you need help with your AC system, these are the guys you need to call hands down!!!!! I have a brand new baby and so I wanted clean & cold air and that’s what these guys do!!

I was without ac for 2-3 days, tried troubleshooting myself because I didn’t wanna pay lots of money to have someone come out. After doing my research I came across family first, and believe it from me they really do put “family first” they are super welcoming, and the pricing isn’t outrageous! Lannis came out within an hour of me calling, and was in and out the door! This is a truly exceptional company, and I am pleased to know I can call them when in need!
