Company was great to work from the start. The technician Brennan was very friendly, professional and honest. He gave me solutions and options in 10 minutes and repaired the handler the same day after my previous AC repair company left me with no AC for 3 days waiting with no ETA.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Hot 2 Cold Air Conditioning, especially their tech, James Thornsberry. We had a condensation line clog that we tried to clear using a wet vac without success. James arrived earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise, and he managed to fix the issue using pressurized nitrogen.

James was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. His prompt and efficient service was so impressive that I signed up for their annual maintenance plan on the spot. As a landlord, ensuring our tenants stay cool in the Florida heat is crucial, and James helped us achieve that quickly.

Prompt on time service, knowledgeable staff that used the best quality parts. Exceptional customer service and got the job done. Had a full service done and ac looks brand new. Thanks for your great service, Wayne is amazing. Would highly recommend this company.

Called at 3pm on a Friday after a hurricane. They were able to see me, same day at 8pm. Ricky took his time to thoroughly inspect the unit and explain the problem in detail. This is after a long day, stuck in traffic after a hurricane affected the area!! Long day for him and I know he was tired but he did this job with the same professionalism as the first job. We’ve been clients of Hot2cold since May of 2019. They installed a brand new A/C system in our home. In all of our years of dealing with Hot2cold, we’ve never had a technician as knowledgeable and thorough as Troy Anderson. He took care of all our issues and was the most personable guy, restored our faith in dealing with the company. Their response time was excellent. They were at my home within an hour of my 1st call. James was friendly and knowledgeable and assessed the problem quickly. He fixed our drain line issue and recommended a permanent fix which we are scheduling now. Great service

Brennan was fantastic. He was very thorough in his inspection and exploratory work to determine the problem with our AC. He took the time to show and explain to me exactly where the problems were and described how those issues would be likely to progress in the future. He was thoughtful in providing me with multiple quotes and options, detailing those differences. Brennan really impressed me with the level of customer service he brought to the table. I felt that he came across as very genuine, knowledgeable, and even passionate about the work he does. It’s rare that a technician has told me that they enjoyed working on a project, but he truly does strike me as someone who is both skilled at and happy with the job he does. I will certainly be reaching out to Brennan for any future needs. I can’t recommend him enough.

James in Riverview was great!! He was fast, knowledgeable, and efficient. He solved our issue within minutes and went above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend him.

My technician, James, was friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable, having no problems answering my many questions. He explained his way around his testing of the indoor and outdoor unit, letting me know the possible causes of the problem and coming up with the needed work to get my AC back to premium condition. The AC has never been better in my house since Hot 2 Cold put in a new unit. They came when they said they would, they cleaned up after themselves and were very polite.
James is an engineer and knows exactly what the problems were and how to fix them. Wayne came out and fix an electrical issue and Lee and another fellow came back and rebuilt a box for better air flow. Everybody is happy ,polite and courteous. Ms Rizco is a great scheduler.
When everyone is happy they do a good job.

Rodney came out to fix my other AC and did a great job, knew his business, and was genuinely nice.

James hands down was the best!!! He saved us 100s of dollars and his customer service was the best!!! Thank you James. We will be calling you every year for maintenance because you showed how much you care!

Both were old school, good fellas. The owner of this company must be the same. Highly recommended.

Just had my duct work completed replaced. Corey and his crew did an awesome job. They were very courteous. Took time to explain what they were doing. Took extra steps to keep it as clean as possible. Completed the job a lot quicker than I thought it would take. Totally recommend this company.

James was AMAZING! He was professional & knowledgeable. He did an annual maintinence service & explained everything perfectly. I appreciate him taking the time to thoroughly inspect our units inside & out. Also Hot 2 Cold service plan is awesome & affordable!
