I had Angela and her partner come out and take a look at my two-story house. I want to get it cleaned just before the week of Thanksgiving. We spent about 15 to 20 minutes looking through my house and the various spots that I wanted to make sure get cleaned for a Thanksgiving party that I'm having. I thought everything was going well. But when they left they ghosted me. I called multiple times I left one message. I sent her multiple text messages and multiple Facebook messages. Only to realize that she has blocked me. Very unprofessional. She could have just declined the work and that would have been fine. But to just straight up ghost of paying customer is insane.
