Called in morning. System repaired within 1 1/2 hours of call, including parts. Professional, personable and timely. That says it all in a nutshell. Will use again and most certainly will recommend Alberto and his company.

Alberto and team replaced our AC this morning. Very fast service and great price! Very happy with their work and would most definitely recommend them for your AC needs.

Once again Moreno Heating and cooling comes in with the save and fixed my unit. Very professional and knowledgeable, they made sure I was up and running before they left my house. I swear if everyone did business like Moreno Heating and cooling the world would be a much nicer place, oh and did I mention how fair their pricing is, you really cant go wrong with this company, you guys definitely have a customer for life!!

I guess i can start from the beginning.We were recommended to this company. From day one, Alberto showed professionalism, he was knowledgable, he didnt rush thru the appointment. We couldnt wait for him to install our new unit. Today 12/10/2020, he arrived on time with his co-worker (son) and those guys didnt stop until completion. The new thermostat is awesome. He explained everything to us in detail and again he wanted to make sure we understood everything. If we could give them a 10 stars we would. Alberto and his son were awesome. They fixed my Gree Mini Split for 275.00. Another company told me I had to replace it and it couldn't be fixed. I'm hiring them to do a yearly maintenance for me!! I highly recommend them.

Alberto is very responsive to text messages. Our AC started acting up over Easter weekend. Why do these things happen on holiday weekends?? LOL. It wasn't an emergency but I hoped to get on his Monday schedule. I texted him on Easter Sunday and he responded in minutes! He took time to ask questions so he could get more information.
Alberto made time to be here Monday morning. He immediately found the issue and it was a simple maintenance item we missed. Now, he could've told us it was something expensive but he didn't!!!
Other qualities: He is honest, personable and knowledgeable. His prices are fair and he does NOT upsell. Alberto explains issues clearly and will spend time answering your questions.

We will not use anyone else. We were out of town when our air went on the fritz. We called and with the help of neighbors and Moreno Heating and Cooling we able to get the problem fixed without flying down from Michigan. Awesome that there are still companies like Moreno. We were out of town when our AC quit working but they made it easy. Got someone out in a timely manner. We were prepared to pay over the phone and were simply told I left a business card just send a check when you get back. You just don't find this type of customer service much these days. Great service and great honest communication and a fair price! Will definitely use them again when needed.

I wanted to give a great review for an outstanding company and an even better owner, Mr Moreno, and Moreno AC from Ruskin Florida. He spent sometime with my husband on the phone with helping us through this situation. He didn’t care about easily a whole unit would just solve the problem, like the previous Ac person we called. He cared about helping a person in need. Because of how he helped us, He provided us with the best affordable solution. We felt like Iike we were talking to a family member helping us work through a problem. Alberto installed a mini split system for me. I am more than happy with the outcome. We worked together to pick a brand and size.....it's super quiet and super efficient, and the workmanship is top notch. And, all at a fair price.

So nice to still be able to rely on this great team of Morenos over ten years later! Once again, we were in need of a new home system and Al and his boys were here asap and fixed up everything quickly and efficiently like they always do! Really great to see Al's sons (now grown!) taking their place alongside him in the company. Moreno Heathing and Cooling LLC is doing it right!! Thanks Al! **

Where to begin.. Alberto started working on our ac back in 2012. Our system was old and Alberto helped keep us cool for a year or longer until we were prepared to buy a new unit. Once the new system was installed, Al's visits were much fewer and farther between. Alberto always answers the phone. He always makes room in a very busy schedule, so when my sister needed an "ac guy" urgently one day, Al got out to see her and fix her up quickly! it wasn't until later I found out he doesn't even work in her city, but he went because he takes care of his people! Who does that?
Al's work is only the best, and his prices help you understand what quality work for a fair price is. He has been training his son for so many years now, we trust him as much as we do Al. I could list numerous breakdowns, freeze-ups, clogs, leaks, etc from over the years, - but instead I will say Thank You, Al, and Moreno Heating - for always saving our butts from the blazing Florida heat!
We will always use Moreno Heating and Air for all of our heating and air conditioning needs, and we recommend this company to all of our friends and family members!!

Alberto, from Moreno AC, has been repairing and servicing my AC units since 2010. Alberto is knowledgeable, and provides great quality service. Never had a disappointments with any of his service calls. Had a motor issue on a newer unit once. Alberto came out , pulled the fan motor, checked on the warranty, and luckily the motor was still under warranty. He did all the leg work from calling the manufacturer, and resolving the warranty issue, to installing the new motor. Was soo relieved. If you're looking for a top notched AC well trained master technician, then look no further. Call Moreno AC for great service at a competitive prices. I am an actual customer and can attest to the great service this man provides. He definitely leads by example in an industry that lacks professionalism and he believes that the consumers should come first.
