The repair technician was great! He kept in contact with me and still came to fix the AC even though it was getting late in the afternoon. We were able to open on time the next day.

The tech John who performed a routine maintenance check on all our heating and cooling units was awesome. He provided an estimate of the work required promptly and at a very fair price. He was prompt and very friendly. Great!

A & S Air Conditioning Installation And Repair team added a gas line to a main fireplace, a new line to the kitchen to replace the existing appliance and a new one to the back of the house for the BBQ. The job was incredibly clean and professionally completed.

From the time I received the quotation to the time the two guys fitted our new Air Conditioner everything was done to the highest quality of professionalism. They even helped save the day when they repaired our old air conditioner during a week of very hot weather, as we await the delivery of the new one. They are simply pleasant and friendly.

When our water heater's pilot light would not relight, they gave it a go but found it had burned through a safety mechanism and could not be safely repaired. That was on a Thursday, and I thought we were facing a weekend without hot water. But the technician and the rest of the team got us scheduled for a replacement the next day. I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of everyone. I will call them next time I have an issue and recommend them highly.

I called in and scheduled the service. waited on scheduled time +15 mins and no one showed up. called before the time to confirm.
no one called saying there was a issue. waited 2 days to hear from them and nothing. when i called back in to find out they said only have 4 techs and now they are busy for the next weeks.
seriously not professional.
at least call if something happens that they cant make appointments, people have work and need to be there.
it would of been a good job for them but if this is how it starts i am glad. going somewhere else
