I want everyone to know how responsive Eli and Angel were to repairing my broken pipe. I was in panic mode after 2 inches of water was all over my floor. They gave a quote and stuck to that price. I have had other plumbers give one price and charge another. And when you're on a budget every dime counts. Call them for your next plumbing needs you will not be disappointed. Sincerely😉

I called other plumming servicea and EB was the only one tonorivide same day service and not at a high orice. Eki, the owner, was very detailed in explaining the issue with our hot water heater. He was so very professional and really cared. I highly recommebd using Trust EB, with you plumbing needa. They are awesome!!

I am super impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work, and courteous manner in which you completed the work. Everything was done to keep me from having to purchase a new faucet. In the end, no new faucet 😀. Thank goodness that there's some honest and reputable companies that employ good people who cares about people and not their pockets (We all got to eat)😄😄. We had a plumbing emergency on Memorial Day and Eli came out that evening and helped us out for a reasonable price. When the issue happened again a few weeks later after hours, he came back out that night and cleared it up. I highly recommend TrustEB Plumbing and will be using them for all future plumbing needs. Very profesional and courteous.

Got a water softener & whole house filter installed. Job done well. Would recommend and reuse for any plumbing projects. They were responsive, caring, and easy to work with to get the job done. Well priced. Have enjoyed their service.

I am beyond amazed with the professionalism that this company worked in my house project! They were able to move the toilet to 10ft away to another wall and relocate the plumbing for my new shower! I can’t be more happy of choosing this company! They kept me on the loop in everything they did. I will 100% recommend them and will use them again on future projects!!! Not sure why that one person gave a 1 star review and the other 99.9% of the reviews are 5 stars. I think he has to be talking about another company. This people are elite!!!

Eli is absolutely amazing! He not only was one of the most professional plumbers I have ever met but he was extremely kind and personable!!! He does an amazing job first off but truly cares about the customer and you dont find that often these days. If I ever have anything go wrong in my home not only will I only use him but will forever recommend him to everyone that needs and honest plumber who is for the customer not about the money!!!!

I recently contacted this business with a request to install two toilets and re-connect a gas stove. They were professional, on time and reasonably priced. They ensured everything was installed and connected properly and the plumber who came out was very pleasant. I will gladly utilize them whenever my future plumbing needs arise. I will also recommend them to my friends.

Dispatch is great and Angel was phenomenal. I am a single mom of 3 and our plumbing backed up into the entire house on a Saturday morning. I called multiple plumbers and the pricing was $450-$1,200.00 (Roto-Rooter was highest) with no guarantee of time which was the most important part. They were out as promptly as they could for Saturday afternoon/evening. The clog was repaired temporarily in order to restore our bathrooms! Angel was so knowledgeable that he indicated if I had further issues to call the county. 3 days later in the middle of the night the plumbing backed up again, I called the county and they came out to find that the entire sewer needs to be replaced in my front yard (county property). I called Trust Eb to let them know and they were more than happy to come out to unclog the clog( that would be a temporary fix) so we could continue to stay at the home until the county completed the multiday repair. I am so grateful for the consideration and attitude of this company and their staff. They are locally owned and truly care about the community and their customers. They will forever be our plumber (hopefully we never need them) and we continue to refer our friends and family! Thank you!

I had a very positive experience when Richard came to replace a new kitchen faucet because my old one was hard to turn off. Richard let me know exactly what it would cost to replace the faucet before he started to remove it. There was a lot of gunk around the old faucet and he took the time to clean it up before he installed the new one. He also made sure that when he was finished he wiped down the area he was working in. If I could I would give him more stars. In this day and age it is so nice to find an honest Plumber that takes pride in their work.

The only thing I can say is wow! From the point of first contact, I knew I was in good hands. Eli and his team accommodated my tight schedule and fit me in, when they could’ve made me wait; as I declined the original install time. I was given upfront pricing, no haggle, no games. Same day appointment (thank you) even though I declined, earlier that morning. From Mrs Betancourt to Mr Eli, thank you for your professionalism, cost, and prompt service! Oh and the water heater looks great and the water is hottttt! Thank you! :-)

Contracted this company for a small job for my kitchen sink valves. Eli did the work, very good job, excellent craftsmanship and genuinely honest company. I will recommend them to all my friends with my community. They are trustworthy.

Trust was so great! They came out very fast, gave us lots of tips, and fixed the issue in no time. There was no questions on the bill, just straight answers, nice customer service, and my problem solved.

Had a plumbing problem had 2 plumbing services come out and went with Trust EB. Here's why. They explained everything to me.
Then the owner came over checked everything out exained it and and he also called my husband over the phone and explained everything to him also
They came out, did a nice job of making an access did their thing cleaned up and everything is working great.
Eli also came out during the repair.
If I could give a 10 star I would. They will be my go to plumber from now on. The entire staff is friendly.

The toilets were backing up dirty water into the showers. The pipe was clogged outside the house. Eddie was the plumber who attended the emergency. Very experienced. He was careful with the floors and bathroom furniture. Quick and accurate response Excellent service.

I'm very happy with Trust EB Plumbing Services. They removed an existing water softener and installed a new one. They are easy to reach, came out promptly, did a great job at a fair price, started up the new softener and left everything clean. It was a very good experience, I would hire again.

My kitchen faucet finally went out and was leaking water from the base all onto the counter and underneath the deck plate. I called about six local plumbers requesting next day service and this was the first place that was available. I was very pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and preparedness shown by Angel when he arrived. He installed the new faucet in a reasonable amount of time and even cleaned up all of the old stains underneath my cabinets. The communication was great, he arrived on time and left them place in better shape than he found it. I highly recommend!

Eddie and Chris did an excellent job. They were very competent and personable, and worked efficiently. There were some complications (not their issue: some faucets required extensions to hook up to existing supply lines), but they sourced the necessary items and stayed with the job through completion.

Excellent service and installation. Needed an old water heater replaced. Elijah was patient and thorough in examining my needs and recommending the appropriate tank option for size and function. I would recommend Trust EB Plumbing to anyone and plan on using them again.

The first time I used them I was a little skeptical because this company was new but as a person that loves to sponsor small business I gave them a try. Their service was exceptionally good, they were on time and they did a great job installing a water softener tank. (By far the best price I was able to find), after that I use them to replace a shower in my downstairs bathroom and they did another exceptional work. Their prices are fair and I would definitely recommend this company to take care of your plumbing needs.
