Joseph did a nice job. Honest

Joseph is the best specialist I ever met!
-
Joseph was prompt and professional. He was able to complete a temporary repair on my refrigerator door water dispenser and alarm while awaiting the arrival of the new part. Once the new part arrived, he returned and the repair is now complete. Satisfied customer and I will use them again in the future should the need arise.

I would like to leave a positive review about a household appliance repair technician named Iosif. I contacted him when one of my appliances at home stopped working. He responded quickly, arrived on time, and immediately understood what the problem was. He works carefully and it’s clear that he really knows his job. He explained everything in simple words and fixed it well. After the repair, the appliance works perfectly. It’s very nice to deal with such a responsible and honest specialist. If anyone needs household appliance repair, I can confidently recommend Iosif.

If I could submit ZERO stars I would. We hired this company on March 18th to run diagnostics & or repair two different ice maker units in our home. They charged us $99 to diagnose one unit & $145 to diagnose the other; no clue as to why the cost of one was lesser or more than the other... after the technician spent about four hours in my home with my refrigerators / freezers open & many of those hours sitting on my kitchen floor, while searching YouTube; I was informed that one of our units could not be fixed unless I personally purchased a new center drawer & installed it myself. I was also informed that the secondary unit was fixed & should be back to making ice in a few hours. FIVE DAYS later we reached out to the company to let them know that our ice maker was STILL not working & STILL NEVER made ice; even though we paid $552.21 in services as the invoice stated that the one unit was in fact 'repaired'. Complete shocker but, they NEVER responded. Almost two months later, I'm here out the money & still struggling with zero units properly functioning. Answering service says they will call me back & they do not. I spent two weeks calling, leaving messages with the answering service, leaving voicemails & awaiting a return call to no avail.
FINALLY this week I received a text message from them!. So, I can now say that I've been in contact with them... However, its been nothing but the runaround. No call, no personal contact in order to speak to a human but, a text message. Via text they offered to come back to my home to repair the unit AGAIN for an ADDITIONAL FEE; or to refund HALF OF the one service fee. Instead, we requested that they just come back to fix the unit we already paid for. But, of course, our request was shot down because they wanted to be able to charge us AGAIN to diagnose & fix the exact same unit we already paid them to fix.
At the end of the day, Mike. K. at Appliance Diagnostic & Repairs LLC. sent us multiple text messages telling us to:
"Stop scamming people".
Lets be completely honest here, it is THEM who are scamming people by sending inexperienced technicians who are spending their repair time researching the repairs on YouTube instead, whilst charging the customers & NOT ever actually getting the job done.
Not sure how a customer would be able to scam the the repair company by requesting the services we already paid for.
The Gaslighting & avoidance with these thieves is real.
Unless you have hundreds of dollars to waste on absolutely nothing, I would steer VERY clear from this company who has ZERO interest in actually offering the services that they collect on.
Subtotal: $629.97
Service Call - Diagnose: $99.
Diagnose problem: $145.
For the 'Repair" I was charged: $385.97
Discount: $99 ( the lesser of the two diagnostic testing fees)
Tax: $21.24
Totaling an amount due of: $552.21
However, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I PAID FOR WAS EVER WORKING AGAIN OR REPAIRED.
