A fine young man who was a delight to have in my home. He worked very hard, did a big job, and we really appreciated his time, energy, honesty, and knowledge.

I've used Jones & Sons a couple of times. I completely trust this company to do the job correctly and not overcharge for unnecessary repairs. Technicians are very nice. Definitely recommend!!!

Ronny diagnosed the problem quickly, and provided two options for repair. Ronny was courteous and knowledgeable, and he showed great concern for his work. He did an outstanding job.

Received a notice from town that I could have a leak, 9,800 gallons used in less than a month. Called Jones and Sons Plumbing who are local, I left a message in the evening, they came next day and found there was toilet leak and fixed it, also check my other bathroom.
Price was only $345.
Excellent service and price.

Uncle James did an excellent job installing the new hot water. His attention to details was great. Few people do as well finishing off their work as he did. We are very pleased we signed up with their contract coverage.

Justin was excellent...explained everything to me in detail & did the job quick & efficiently and his work area was cleaned up to perfection...great work

Storm blew through and knocked down a sign directly onto the outdoor spigot. Snap the pvc pipe. Justin was to our house in about a half hour and had it all replaced like no in just about as long. Very nice man and great customer service. Will definitely use them again. They already replaced a toilet for us now this. If you need help give them a call.

Could not ask for better service. Arrived on time. Plesent attitude. Very knowledgeable on subject. Answers all questions. Completing job and clean-up done professionally. Charged a fair price.

Will was so nice and easy to work with! He helped advocate for me with the city to have an issue resolved. Was quick and kept me informed thru the whole process! We will definitely be using them for any of our future plumbing needs.

it was a huge 3 day job! They had to run new watelines above ground to the entire 2,000 SFh house with 2 full bathrooms..
And still showed up every morning with a smile....put in a good days work and cleaned up every night

We called JONES on Tues. pm and they came out the next day. The tech, Will D., came and we discussed the kitchen draining problem. Will checked out our system and gave us excellent information to combat the situation and any future drain problem. He was very professional and friendly.

Justin arrived on time was very polite and patient with us. He got the repairs done in remarkable. Good time would recommend him to anyone else.

What an amazing experience… and who says that about a plumber, lol. I had a washer that was filling up with water when it was off and so I needed to get some help right away and decided I needed to do something about my turn on turn off valves, which were OG. So I messaged them and sure enough James came out first thing this morning. He fixed my issue and now I have Peace of Mind. It will also result me purchasing a new Washer, but I’m comforted, knowing it could have been so much worse. I would recommend this plumbing service to anyone.

The technicians and the company are amazing. I believe Justin came out (curly haired young man) to check out our issue. He said we needed our septic tank cleaned (we are new to septics) and he was right and did not charge us - I would have paid. Shows so much integrity. Courteous, friendly, prompt, responsible, and honest. I will be calling them again for my next plumbing issues and recommending them to my friends and family!

Water heater EXPLOSION. searched for owner/operator in Safety Harbor area. Jones and Sons were there in 2 hours. Big job. Got bigger during install. Wil was fantastic. Solved every issue. Back up and running by end of day. Thank you Jones and Wil.
