Ferris the technician is very knowledgeable and explained each step of the service call. My labor warranty ended 6 weeks ago but the company notified me that they would would absorb the labor for this repair. I have dealt with this family owned business for 23 years and they always are customer centric.

They have the experience and expertise to help the homeowner in repairing and installing AC parts and units. They are professional, always on time often early, efficient and have the depth of knowledge to help the homeowner solve the problem. Every employee has been kind, considerate , and patient. They are very customer friendly. You can depend on their expertise and good advice as well as trust that they will do the job correctly and efficiently. They respond quickly to emergency calls. They give the homeowner peace of mind!!

Our air conditioning gave up the ghost over Easter weekend, with temperatures nearly reaching 90. I called first thing on Monday and the house was cool in time for dinner. This is very typical of Facemyer service. They are a professional and considerate company, and always friendly on the phone and in person.

Facemyer provides excellent service and are professional. They were recommended by a neighbor who has used them for over 10 years.
They maintained my old Ruud A/C for a year, then I got a new Trane A/C in Feb 2022.
Tech Ferris has been out for bi-yearly maintenance and is very knowledgeable.
He helped with 2 issues on the install when called to assist. Both minor issues which he explained the details: the computer board protective coating wasn’t allowing a sensor connection to work; resolved immediately; the air handler panel was defective; replaced within a week.
On 4/4/25, tech Roberto is professional and knowledgeable as well, he replaced the temperature suction sensor, he had the part in the van.

I have been using Facemyer Heating & Air for more than 15-years through 3 different homes. They have consistently provided excellent service. I use them for my bi-annual routine maintenance as well as any necessary repairs, their team is always dependable and knowledgeable. I mostly appreciate that they never try to sell me unnecessary upsells, but only make suggestions of services they offer or that could be done to prolong the life of my system. On my most recent service, my UV light had burned out and the technician, Noah, took the effort to verify the warranty and was able to replace the piece with no charge to me. It’s rare to find a vendor this reliable over so many years—highly recommended.

Had great experience with Facemyer repair service. Called 3 pm stating warm air from vents and fan not moving in outside unit. Jack told me he could have someone out by eight in the morning and Toby showed up at eight and within 1/2 hr replaced capacitor, working great.. refer Facemyer to all who need A/C repair..

We were really impressed with the AC installation we had done with Facemyer! We got multiple quotes and felt Facemyer had the best price for the variable speed we were looking for with the best reviews for installation. The salesperson who came out was great - the only of four to go into our attic and take a look. The install team was fantastic - they were on time and clearly knew what they were doing. Their entire team was responsive - we got calls for a few weeks after to make sure everything was working well. When the inspector came out to look at it, he flipped something and it wasn’t working right. Facemeyer sent someone out within an hour on a Friday evening to fix it. We would highly recommend them!

Completed a recent install to replace an aging unit. After extensive research and several bids, I chose Facemyer. They were not the least expensive, but their knowledge and attention to customer needs and concerns was beyond expectations. Worked with Chris on the initial survey and pricing for the work and he was a pleasure, even following up several times after the install to insure everything was to my satisfaction. The install team (Justin, Josh & Caden) that performed the installation was also very competent and thorough. Even the county inspectors remarked how easy their job was when the work is done right!

We love working with Facemyer for our AC needs. They’ve been a great support since we moved in and provide great customer service. The whole team is very courteous and respectful, and they do a great job of explaining what they’ve worked on. Alex is always so personable, friendly and efficient.

Alex was very helpful and thorough. He went above and beyond with investigating a potential air duct breach outside of the scope of the original maintenance call.

The Facemyer Service Tech quickly diagnosed my issue and provided an estimate of the needed repairs. They showed up on time, were clean and thorough for both the diagnosis and the repair/install visits. Couldn't be happier: newly purchased house and not from Sanford so picked by after calling several companies. They were most helpful with details and answering questions, plus professional yet friendly. I booked a convenient time quickly, the tech texted if ok to come early, and gave the system a through 20 pt check up, and didn't rush! All in this company I talked to, are efficient and great communicating, which is key to me. I am very happy with Facemyer and staff!

Well, this is easy for me to share my experiences as a customer. Going back several years I purchased a new system with Facemyer and every since that time I've had nothing but positive experiences with this company. Just today I arranged for a service check-up and the responding tech kept me informed of his arrival time. I do recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs because they do care about the money you spend and will do everything in their power to keep you confortable.

They were not the cheapest, but their knowledge and attention to customer needs and concerns was absolutely top notch. Worked with Chris on the initial survey and pricing for the work and he was a pleasure. The install team that performed the installation was also very competent and thorough. I felt secure in my decision after the job was completed and as the county inspected the work. Thanks to the team for making a stressful time very straightforward to remedy.
