Chris has spent an enormous amount of time and effort coordinating with the City of Sanibel ensuring that any work he takes on is in FULL COMPLIANCE WITH FEMA AND SANIBEL. Nothing could be worse for a homeowner than to find out that their hurricane rebuild is non-compliant, requiring a tear out and a remedial build to code. Chris doesn't just repair, he builds back better to make a home stronger and more resilient.
