Micheal and Christina are professional and honest; opened me up to ideas and choices I never knew existed. Very pleased with our renovation to say the least.

We recently purchased a home on Sanibel. It required attention for dry rot and a related structural problem that had developed as a result of a water leak. I have worked with many contractors in the past. Mike McGinn was great. He knows what is required for this environment and clearly detailed what it would take to fix the problem. He and his team were on time, very personable and would explain the repair as it progressed. They kept the job site clean and I am very satisfied with the repair. McGinn and Lazar construction company is the best construction company that we have worked with here on Sanibel. Dependable, punctual, professional, and on budget, they are everything that we need our Contractor to be. They oversaw a complete remodel of our master bathroom with walk-in closet as well as pantry and upstairs bathroom. The results are exquisite. The workmanship is exceptional. Great attention to detail. They spent all the time necessary to take care of the final touches. We are thrilled with the finished product.
