We have contacted Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. multiple times for service on our HVAC systems in our home. Each time they have gone above and beyond to assist us and make sure the problem is fixed correctly. I have been very impressed by Troy and his systems knowledge and customer service. Craig, the owner, is also very helpful and has gone out of his way to save us money by finding the best options for us and working with the manufacturer to get us the best rate. I would highly recommend Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. for any HVAC issues. They will definitely get the job done and it will be done right!

Scott worked on our A/C unit which was located in our attic which is terribly hard to get too.He had to do so in the dark with just his light for we had lost power.He explained that the problem was that the Squirrel cage had somehow worked it’s way off the shaft and only charged us for labor.He could have said anything and charged us but did not.Very professional and honest.Hard to find these days. Incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy and I'll never use anyone else again. I was leaving the house for several months but needed an A/C fan replaced immediately. They handled it without me being there and were so good at communicating with me on what was happening. Extremely fair in every aspect of their business. What a true find. Thank you!!

Week before last every southerner’s nightmare came true…my A/C went out! My neighbor recommended Air Conditioning & Heating. Travis came out to take a look at the unit. He was very professional. He quickly found the problem, fixed it and was leaving my house at midnight...that’s right MIDNIGHT!! They are not joking when they say 24/7 service. Unfortunately, a few days later my evap coil decided to go out as well. Travis came out again and got the ball rolling on placing an order for a new coil. Craig worked diligently with me on my warranty and made sure the replacement came in quickly. I would recommend these guys without hesitation.

Scott was great, we have an 11 year old AC unit and Scott let me know of the current issues, the potential future solutions and was open and honest with his assessment. I appreciate his candor and helping us to maintain the current unit as long as possible while recognizing the need to continue to be aware of the need to replace in the future and our options.

Sean provided excellent preventive maintenance for the Spring check-up at my residence. He was prompt, courteous, thorough, and professional in every way. I was impressed by his work ethic. He answered my questions and made useful recommendations. He is a valuable addition to the AC&H Team!

Flew into the beach late. Got to our condo at 11:00 pm and the air was out. Troy showed up and diagnosed the problem. He was very polite and knowledgeable of the problem. The next morning Craig showed up with the part and fixed it. He, too, was polite and friendly. I have been a customer for 8 years and will be for life!

Our thermostat had a red screen, and I know the two companies we used in the past were slow to respond. We called this company just hoping to get a real person to pick up. A nice lady directed my call to an expert who suggested I simply turn off and on the breaker, which I did, and everything worked as expected. That’s old-fashioned service.

Our condensation drain line clogged up, and it was 94 outside. Called this morning and Troy was here by 2:30pm. He cleared the line quickly and had everything up and running fast. This same company did the original install two years ago. Awesome service - will not even consider anyone else.

Joseph was very thorough in his inspection of our AC unit. Showed us the areas of concern and explained the remedies. We opted to have the older system replaced and he gave us numerous options to choose from. He even offered to come back after installation to make sure we were 100% satisfied. True to his word, he came back and double checked everything and made sure we were 100%.satisfied.

Charles (Technician) as professional from start to finish assessing the situation. He was onsite within a few hours of my call...following a busy holiday weekend when I'm sure they were inundated with calls. Craig was GREAT to work with. Definitely recommend. - Mike - Santa Rosa Beach

Outstanding. It is a Saturday. Called this morning about 8 AM. Was called back promptly. It is now 10AM. Dusty just left and my A/C is working again. It is so refreshing to do business with a customer oriented company. Dusty was very courteous and professional. I already know I will not use another HVAC provider as long as I live in Florida. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

I had two of our geothermal units receive a checkup. The technician was David Trammell. I was extremely happy with the experience. David was thorough, knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. He let me look over his shoulder and was very helpful with all my questions. He was neat and tidy and left the units cleaner than the way he found them. I truly had a great experience with him. Amazing service from professional and technically competent company. They provided same day service and got our unit running and ordered and installed a needed part within a few days. I encountered a warranty problem with Carrier and they assisted in its resolution saving me over $500, Highly recommend them.

Always have had outstanding service from Air Conditioning & Heating. We had a new Amana furnace and air conditioner installed by them back in 2013. We have been on the biannual preventative maintenance program ever since and have never had any problems. The techs always show up on schedule and are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Would highly recommended them for great, quality service.

I have not experienced service like this in 30 plus years. This company delivers above and beyond. We had a brand new system installed and running the day they were called!!! The gentlemen were very professional, knowledgeable and stayed until the job was done. The system that was installed is an 18 SEER Daikin 2 speed heat pump/air conditioning system. We were told that we would receive energy savings which equated to at least 30%. In fact, the energy savings we actually received is closer to 47%. The company has always been available to assist with questions and they actually came by some time after the installation to show how I could control the settings by cell phone while I was away at NO CHARGE! As I mentioned, I haven't experienced this kind of service and courtesy for a very long time. I had thought values within companies had gone by the wayside. If you have the opportunity to support this family owned company, you will receive much more than just a service call.

Both Matt and Troy worked on our A/C units one at our rental home and our primary residence. One visit was an emergency situation as our unit stopped working in July on a very hot day. Matt showed up much earlier than expected and had the air back on within an hour (including time to go get the part needed from the shop). They were both very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using this company from now on.

Air Conditioning &Heating, Inc has always been very great about communicating with me about whatever services my Air Conditioner needs. They are always on time and get out to your location very quickly. Dusty came out today about a issue we were having and diagnosed the problem very quickly. I was given options to correct the issue with my best interest in mind. I would also recommend you sign up for the yearly service on your system. The price is reasonable (129.90) and you get reassurance of knowing your system is checked out twice a year. Great organization.

I wanted to share an absolute great experience I had with John and Solomon. I live on the beach PCB and I care for my mother on Hospice. Yesterday I notice it getting hot around 6pm, texted John he texted me the hotline number got in touch with Solomon and the next thing you know he shows up and he fixed the issue and mother and I have AIR!!! Thank you guys for the great teamwork!!!

He called within the appointed time period to say he was on his way, he quickly diagnosed a problem I told him about, was able to quote a price for the repair immediately, and then did the work promptly. Very professional, very polite, very efficient, and he solved the problem!
