I am tempted to leave off a star because the install was messed up, but Arctic Air scheduled a follow up visit at the same time as the installation, and I can't say enough good things about Henry David who did the follow up. He not only discovered the error from the installation, but personally repaired it at no extra charge. And he kept us informed about what was going on the entire time.

My service tech Payton was amazing. Very thorough, kind, and patient while seeing up my new thermostat. He did a great job!

Frank was terrific! Great service. Very polite. You are lucky to have him on your team!

Mat McCrobie was our AC maintenance technician. He’s fantastic, professional, friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. He provided helpful tips to keep it running efficiently. I couldn’t have asked for better service!!

We recently purchased a home from an estate. We used a home inspector that advised us that HVAC System was questionable. We proceed with the closing hoping we would have several months before the HVAC system would need replacing, sadly we weren’t that lucky. Artic Air responded immediately and installed the new system the next day. The guys did a tremendous job! They were professional efficient, and they cleaned up. Thank you for a job well done!! 👏👏

The tech, Grant Spann, was fabulous. This is the third tech (2 ac techs and a Plummer) that I’ve dealt with from Artic Air since doing the maintenance agreement and all have been fabulous. Courteous, friendly and all very knowledgeable in their fields. Highly recommend. Not crazy about the price, but expected since we knew we had a clog somewhere in the pipes.

I think the service tech was Lenny. He came within two hours of my calling Arctic Air, which was great as we’re flying back to WI tomorrow. Apparently our thermostat reset itself and we couldn’t get Air, just Off and Heat. I had already changed the batteries so Lenny reset the thermostat, and then made a diagram and listed the steps he went through if it ever happened again. He also sent the instructions page to my cell phone.Wow!😊

The guys came and installed a new thermostat with WiFi as well as inspect our duct work (one room seemed very warm). They did a great work, very friendly and explained everything thoroughly.

UPDATE: the unit we had needed to be replaced. The old unit went out on a Thursday and they helped us creep it along all weekend till Tuesday with service calls on the weekend. Tuesday came and we had 2 great guys come and do the install. The worked hard, it was a long day but it ended with a cool house. I just want to say that Mike Mabrey is top not technician and he cares about his job. Troy, the sales person listened to what we were looking for and that’s exactly what we got for a fair price. Joseph, technician came on Sunday to make some adjustments so our old unit would last. Installers Daniel and Mason (not completely sure that was his name) did a great job and getting us up and running. You gave a great team of employees Scott! We appreciate the team that you have and will highly recommend your business. You can’t stop a Trane.

Chris and Brad were pleasant, thorough, and efficient experts. They answered questions, effectively taught me how to use the thermostat settings for the new air conditioner and guided me patiently as I set up system tracking on my phone.. can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much.

We are snow birds and arrived to our Sarasota home on the coldest day in years to discover we had no heat. We were freezing! I called Arctic Air hoping someone could help us get our heating/ac unit working. Someone came out that evening even though hvac companies were slammed! Our unit was very old and corroded and beyond repair. Arctic Air found a reasonably priced new unit and installed it the next day! They were so friendly and efficient!
We HIGHLY recommend them!

Our Engineer, Brandon was excellent. He explained everything in detail but in a way that I could understand! He was quick in rectifying my A/C unit's issue and I was left wanting him to return for our next service! I wanted to tip Brandon for his efforts, but I had no cash on me (nothing new there though!). If there's one request I can make, it would be to provide customers with a way to Apple Pay or Venmo etc. the engineer directly. Thank you!

Brandon the service tech was and outstanding individual as well as a super talented technician. Was very impressed with him his knowledge and ability to express why it is so important to purchase what we did today. This was only supposed to be a new product orientation so to end up spending $5100 dollars speaks to his ability to deliver top notch customer service
