They were able to come out same day, which was wonderful! The tech that came was Cody. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He found and addressed the problem immediately. Had my AC running in 10 min. GREAT SERVICE!

So very thankful for this company! We were away on vacation and of course our AC dies. Our pet sitter contacted us to tell us her and our furbabies were melting lol. We connected with Slapshots Air around 8pm and they were able to send Dalton right out, he identified the problem and ordered the part we needed. He was there trying to help our pet sitter come up with ideas to cool off the house until the next morning when the part came in, such a great company and such an act of kindness! The Dalton arrived next am with the part, fixed it up and was able to get our AC back up and running. The billing was easy and convenient, no surprises and just all around so easy to work with while being 1,000 miles away and only communicating via phone and our pet sitter. We 100% recommend Slapshots Air (Dalton was the BEST!) and they will be our first call if we ever need to have our AC worked on again. - Riverview, FL

This company has excellent customer service. The appointment setter was pleasant and helpful and very easy to deal with. I received a text before technician Cody arrived at my home; which included some professional as well as a bit of personal information about Cody. Cody was welled groomed and extremely polite and took care in the task he was performing. I also liked that my tech Cody was a native Floridian. I highly recommend Slapshot Air!! My wife and I had contacted numerous companies to come install our hood range in our kitchen and no one would take the job. I contacted Slap shots Air on a Facebook post and they contacted me back immediately. Since this was a tandem job with my roofing company, they made the whole process a breeze. Fair pricing, very upfront and honest. They do great work. Chad and Scott were amazing and explained everything. They were above and beyond. Its rare you find genuine, fair and honest people in this line of work. I recommend this company to everyone.

The company definitely knew what they were talking about and made me feel very at ease with the information given. Found out my whole AC unit need to be replaced which we were thinking due to it being almost 20 years old. Dalton and Company made the whole process just amazing and checked up on me every day to make sure we are comfortable in our house while waiting on the new unit

Our ac unit went out after hours. We called a few places but they couldn’t come out until the next morning. Our house was at 81 and our dog was panting. Scott was able to come out within 3 hours after we called, quickly diagnosed our issue. We were sold just on his personality alone. By this time it was after 9pm Dalton got on the phone and ran all our #s and had us signed and ready to go so quickly. Scott had a portable ac unit on his truck and was so nice to let us use it overnight, we were able to cool off our bedroom and sleep comfortably. The very next morning, they had two guys out here putting in our new unit. Super nice guys all around and efficient. Very happy with the overall service.

Dalton is awesome! He came yesterday and gave us an estimate to repair our AC and came out today to repair it. The other AC company told us we needed a new unit and that a few things were broken, that really weren’t. Dalton said ours could be fixed and the things the other company said were “broken” were not. Honesty goes a long way. I won’t be using anyone but Slapshots Air and will tell everyone I know to use them. Thank you Dalton for your honesty and hard work to get us up and running again. Honest dependable and ethical!!!

Chad was incredibly personable kind great charisma helped me efficenctly walked me through everything so I could easily understand it. overall was just blown away by the service I received from him. I ended up needing more intense work done and he told me that his supervisor would come by, blew me away that HE wasn't the supervisor!!!!!! I never leave reviews but he really came through for me and made me feel incredibly comfortable having him in my home and helping me through this tough situation

After a previous AC company sold us a substandard / inadequate AC unit because they had NO idea how to manage our AC/heat needs for our structure, Slapshot Air came to the rescue. Dalton G. Listened to our needs, devolped the correct plan, size, and tonnage for our structure. Upgraded the inadequate ducting from the previous AC company, and installed our unit and ducting 24 hrs after we called him! His work was top notch and met / exceeded our original needs / expectations! We HIGHLY recommend Slapshot air for timely service, quality work, and very fair pricing.

Cannot say enough good things about Slapshots Air! I called them late Saturday night for an urgent situation with my AC leaking and requested an early Sunday morning appointment. They were able to fit me in between 8-10am on Sunday morning! John arrived at 8:40am and called me 30 min before arrival. John was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and kind. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained every detail to me in an “easy to understand” way! He was very honest and prides himself on great quality work. He spent 2 hours at my home making sure the entire system was looked over and tuned up. His company didn’t install my unit, but he gave me some insight on issues that I need to address with the other vendor that I would have never known otherwise! Then, as he was leaving, I found out that John was one of the owners! He took my service call this morning because one of his techs was on a job the night prior until 2AM so John took the service call himself so his tech could get some sleep. THAT is a great business owner; the care he has for his employees is commendable! I cannot recommend Slapshots enough and will be using them for any other AC needs! Thank you, John!

I highly recommend Slapshot Air. I had them to replace my air ducts. The price was very reasonable. They came out and installed the air ducts in 1 day after I order them. The installers were very friendly and had it done and in no time I’m very happy with the outcome.

This is absolute best AC company! So very trustworthy , no added fees , sometimes no fee at all ! I just can’t say enough about Dalton and his team , compassionate, knowledgeable and such decent people !!

Dylan and Scott were great! Explained everything in terms that were understandable.

I opted to go with a replacement since my unit is 12 yrs old and the repair would be over half the cost of a replacement. The warranty on a new unit would be better.

The explanation and showing all the options and prices was extremely helpful in my decision.

I highly recommend Slapshots Air. This is the second year I’ve had them come to take care of my HVAC for the season. Justin was respectful of me and my home was fast and efficient and professional . They never try to sell me something I don’t need. This year there was something with the coil, but he didn’t push to have it replaced now he gave me indications to look for when it does need to be replaced and gave me an estimate. I’ll definitely call them next year.

In a City where I don’t know many people I reached out to my community ~ and Slapshot Air replied ~ said they could be there the next morning ~ Worried ~ I checked reviews ~ and let me tell you ~ they exceeded my expectations ! Kristin was a pleasure on the phone ~ and got a text that they were on there way a pic of the tech and a little background on his qualifications ~ Dalton met with my husband and he went right to work ! Showing him things that were wrong and explaining everything! He spent a few hours in the repair ~ and when they told us how much I was Shocked ~ Amazing price ~ they didn’t try and gouge like a lot of companies do ~ he offered us a 1 year maintenance program and it included the repair ! Dalton was professional ~ Honest ~ down to earth ~ just a great guy!! If I could I would give them 10 stars ⭐️! They deserve it !!
