I'm so happy I called George. I was having issues with a short circuit, and he walked me through the issue over the phone, saving me a site visit and lots of headache. He knows his stuff, was very patient, and helped me get my electrical issue quickly resolved. I haven't had any issues since. They did a fantastic job for us 3 weeks ago. The serviceman came within the scheduled time period and analyzed the problem. He came up with a reasonable solution for what we wanted to achieve and quoted the price. He made sure I understood the scope of the work and the details of the pricing. Highly recommend!!

The quality of their work was top-notch. They protected the areas they worked in, wore shoe protectors and cleaned up before they left. All of the work was completed, as expected, and they conducted a walk-through of everything they did. No surprises, no added costs. The technician on our project was very customer focused. Apex Electrical company is top notch and by far the best experience I've ever had with any service company. From my first call to schedule an appointment, to the updates of the timing of my appointment to the actual work itself...it was all spot on and stellar. George was professional, friendly and did incredible and efficient work. I would highly recommend George and this company to anyone needing electrical work.

Hired people to come do our electrical work. They did less than half of what was on the list that was given to them by the inspector. They took our money and now we’ve been trying to get ahold of a manger that never calls back. No one happens to know his number and no one can give us the actual address of the office location. This company is a sham. We flushed $800+ the drain. Now we have to hire another electrician to do the work that was supposed to be done. So infuriating. Stay away from this so called company it’s awful. I don’t normally write reviews but I feel like I have to on this one. I gave it one star because it wouldn’t let me give it a zero.

I had an emergency my unit went out. I contacted them off of Google spoke with someone. They advised a technician would be out between one and six on that day stated that I needed to pay $99 would be the fee for them to come out and check the unit I pay the money over the phone no one ever came out. I continued to call because it was 90° and I had no air at my home after 8 o’clock I received the answering services for them. They stated someone will be out the next day. I waited all day again. No one never came. It was three days. No technician never came to my home. I never received an email about the money I paid. I disputed it and they they provided documentation that I have no idea where it comes from because no one ever came to my home. They are a scam and these reviews are fake.
