Robert took care of us, was very professional, showed up earlier than expected and provided us with excellent service. He also went the extra mile to check and see if our AC unit was still under warranty for parts. I would highly recommend Cool Air for any of your air conditioning needs.

Overall Great Experience. Called them for a/c problem and they responded right away and scheduled technician to come out right away. Explained the issue over the phone and technician had the part on the truck and was able to fix so we could enjoy cold air before he completed the cal.. Very reliable and professional. Would definitely recommend.

This is a family business, and you know whom you are dealing with. They arrive when you expect them, and patiently fulfill all the requirements of fussy condominium management. My recent problem was quickly and accurately diagnosed as a failure in a dedicated circuit breaker. Once that was replaced by an electrician, True Cool rechecked the AC unit per my service contract. The unit is up and running well.

We LOVE True Cool AC Service. They have helped us with AC trouble at both our home and business. Terry and his team are prompt, accurate, and efficient. You know the old saying "you get what you pay for?" Well, this is a perfect example. You get a call if they're running late, scheduling is super fast, emergencies are treated as actual emergencies! Plus my electric bills dropped considerable when my AC (home and business both) finally ran correctly. Prior company was cheaper at a shot but never got it right so more visits and more $$$. Not with True Cool. It was done right the first time and it worked. If you want things done right, call True Cool. I've recommended them several times and everyone agrees.

I saw another review with one star. I would be surprised if its the same company. Terry is the owner and he does not speak broken English. Never known him to be rude either. Check out Yelp reviews consistent with mine. I just really appreciate the service.

My Air Conditioning system stopped cooling called Cool Air after hours. At about 9 am the next morning Robert came to my home. The compressor had to be replaced. Since it was Summer my home was very hot. By the next afternoon they located the part which was out of town had it delivered to them and had the system working again .
