I’ve been a Kron & West customer for 12 years and have used them to furnish, install and service HVAC equipment in two different condos. I recently had a semi annual service appointment and was impressed with the technician, Chris. He was prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I was pleased to have Chris in my home and look forward to the next time.

Chris from Kron and West did a wonderful job servicing my ac units. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He also made sure to clean up everything before he left. I couldn’t be more pleased with Kron and West the 10 plus years I’ve been using them.

Kron was the second company to provide a bid to repair my AC this summer. They accurately diagnosed the issue and recommended repair instead of Replacement, saving me thousands. The whole team worked hard to get it done quickly. The Kron team is honest, accurate, and care about helping their customers. Five stars for sure. I'll never call anyone else again!

In June 2023 my daughters AC wasn't maintaining temperature. Kron & West was recommended by a friend, and I am very grateful for that recommendation. They were extremely thorough in everything they checked, kindly explaining what they were looking at and what they were looking for. What impressed me so much was the detail in everything they did; there were ZERO shortcuts taken. They made the repairs, they made recommendations of things that could be done to improve system performance, and things that should be done to improve safety. At no time did I feel like I was being sold un-necessary repairs. They were fantastic.
Just a few weeks ago, my 15 year Carrier stopped working.
K & W had someone at my door the next day. The Technician determined the issue quickly, but my husband and I decided that because of the age of the AC, we should consider replacing it. Brian came to my home the next day, he looked at my current system, asked me what I wanted, and VERY patiently answered all of my questions. He prepared a quote on 3 units that were within my budget, answered 20 more questions, and we booked a date for the install.
The Technicians were very nice, very thorough, and very neat. Excellent workmanship, no shortcuts taken, and we love the new system. Thank you Kron and West.

Had a phenomenal experience with Kron & West. Sam our technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He assessed our system quickly and took the necessary steps to make sure we had our AC up and running and blowing cold air properly. Would highly recommend the Kron & West company as well as Sam.

Just had our bi-annual A/C service by Kron & West. Antonio was our tech today and did a great job. He was very courteous and professional. He explained everything he was doing and advised me if any issues. Love that they wear the shoe booties so they track dirt in. Y’all are awesome, thank you!

You can't beat Kron & West. I have been. using them for over 20 years and every technician that has come out to do maintenance has been extremely knowledgeable, professional and very thorough in keeping my units running efficiently. They helped me keep my last units for over 15 years and made their replacement seamless this last year. Having their regular maintenance contracts has saved me a lot of money over the long hall. It's true you get what you pay for and they are worth every cent.

Chris serviced my a/c unit this morning. He showed up on time with prior notification from the Kron &West office. He was polite and neat explaining what he was doing as the job progressed. This has been my experience with this company for some time now and I would say that I am a satisfied customer.

Our Kron tech was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. He answered our questions and finished his work in a timely manner. It would be great if he could continue to service our Air conditioning unit.

Kron & West serviced our Mom's condo unit. They were communicative about time delays, they were courteous. I would say exceptional customer service and fair pricing. As a REALTOR, I’ve dealt with many HVAC companies, and Kron & West are top notch. I would recommend them to anyone!

Kron & West is super responsive and provides exceptional service!!! My A/C suddenly stopped working in the afternoon so I called and they had a technician out to me within an hour. He was polite, knowledgeable, and professional and quickly figured out the problem. My A/C was functioning again - thank goodness. I have used Kron & West for years because they provide quality service and ensure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Kron & West!

As is always true with Kron and West technicians, Chris was punctual, friendly, courteous. He explained everything and kept things running beautifully. Although he alerted me that my old a/c would need to be replaced, if something went wrong in the future, he made no attempt to pressure me into buying a new one. I find Kron & West to be consistently reliable, and recommend them without reservation.

I have a maintenance contract with Kron and West where they come to my house twice a year and check/maintain the AC unit and Air Handler to ensure optimal performance. They also replace the air filters. The service personnel have always been polite, professional, on-time, and respectful of my house and of my time.
When I've needed emergency service, they responded with an on-site tech within an hour.
I highly recommend Kron and West.

Kron and West is hands-down, the best AC company that I have ever used. From home repairs and maintenance to new custom home complete system installations. All of their tech’s are very professional and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of their job. I use them to take care of my own home, and every custom home that I build.

Kron & West has been our A/C company for 10 years. Throughout the years they have been there for us performing new installs and repair services. They have always provided a quick response. Their office is professionally run and friendly. The field support technicians are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and they always explain any work or repairs they are doing. I’ve used Kron & West (K&W) a number of years and now have a new home and had them out for the first bi-annual HVAC check-up. Michael was great and provided a full and understandable explanation on his findings. Never have I had a K&W technician try and sell me something that was not needed. Yes, they charge for the check-up, but I’ve also never had my system go down and that’s what preventative maintenance is all about and why the investment is important to me. Thank you Michael and K&W for your excellence!

Called Kron for service. They had a tech there in about an hour. Eric came in, quickly identified the problem, explained it concisely to me, and then fixed it. No nonsense, no upsell, no superfluous activities.

He performed a couple other PM checks and told me what I could do to avoid the issue in the future. Just like it should be.

Highly recommended and I’ll use them again (if need be!).

Kron responds quickly whenever there's an issue with your AC or heating. Their service technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the owner genuinely cares about providing top-notch customer service. I’ve always found Kron and West responsive and easy to work with. My most recent technician, Michael, was friendly, polite and very efficient. He was there for semi annual
servicing but also fixed a vibration that had been bothering me. And he told me what to do should it start again. Happy customer here.

I have used Kron and West for over 10 years. Not only did I purchase my AC from them, I get annual service to keep my system running well. Over the years I have called them at night and was greeted by a helpful technician. I like their personal service and the feel of a local business. My recent service visit for regular maintenance took over an hour and the technician was meticulous, careful, and friendly. I will continue to use them in the future.
