The AC representative who came to my house was Jose. He was courteous and punctual. Jose took his time to conduct a thorough inspection of the AC to ensure the unit was functioning properly. After completing the maintenance check, he provided the findings and showed me pictures that supported the information he shared. Everything he discussed was also sent to my email address, which I appreciated. The company has a good follow-up system, sending messages with updates on the technician's arrival time. Overall, I am satisfied with the service received.

Justice and Isaias did an incredible job installing my new A/C system. They walked me through The entire process before they started. Their work was outstanding. It definitely put the old builders work to shame. I highly recommend them for any of your A/C system needs

Im extremely satisfied with our new Daikin system! Its been up and running for an hour or so now and I can already tell it's light years ahead of our old system. We are really looking forward to the efficiency of this system! Osceola Air has been great from the start. Mike was great with giving us options during the estimate process and I really appreciated the professionalism and detail. The estimate had a full scope of work and details on each system. The other companies that gave us estimates where written on paper with limited information. We went with an 18.5 seer variable speed Daikin and the price was definitely fair. The install exceeded my expectations and Yasiel and Christian were amazing. They answered all my questions and you can tell they take pride in the quality of their work. Hopefully I have a year or 2 until our upstairs unit needs to be replaced but we will definitely call Osceola Air when it does!

Ian B serviced our AC unit today and installed some additional maintenance and preventative equipment. I have never had such a positive experience with this type of service. Ian was extremely polite, professional and informative during his entire time in our home. I cannot recommend him enough for all of your AC needs. Extraordinary young man!

Excellent serviceman! Ian Brigham is engaging, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything patiently and in detail and never once any pressure for us to buy anything extra, nor did he pressure for an upsell. He merely explained what he would or was doing, why it was needed and if there were any current issues with option for possible solutions.
We've been in our place for 5 years and never had the furnace/AC serviced, but we do regularly change the air filter and evacuate the condensation line. We also knew our air handler has a ineffective capacitor as it was already changed under warranty in the first 18 months. We appreciated Ian suggested replacing the capacitor with a heavy duty capacitor!

Julio did a great and thourouhg job! Excellent for the price. Will use their services again. Was kind and patient with me as my husband was out of town. He spoke with my husband on the phone the whole time and I never felt pushed or threatened. Great job!
11/19/25 Update:
After meeting with Mike Sullivan back in September we finally decided to pull the trigger on a FULL HVAC system repair. Being that we are in winter months we were able to get a reinspection and complete redo with competitive financing within 48 hrs. Justice, Christian, Isaias, and Nathan did an amazing job and the house is CRISPY. One of my favorite features is that they send you a text with the names and pictures of the people they are sending to your service location so you know who to expect and you can feel confident and safe. The job is clean, thorough, and efficient. They did excellent work with installation and cleanup along with a most professional and positive attitude. Thank you, my guys!
