Aliaj was Excellent. He took his time and answered all my questions. He was very helpful and spent time cleaning my unit. He was very careful and considerate and wore protectors over his shoes. ARS sent out the best Person to my home🙃

The techs and the office personal at ARS Rescue Rooter installed a new AC system in our house and it works excellent but more important was the techs who installed it, Patrick, Eric, Tony, and Gilbert, these men did excellent work and I would recommend this company for all who ask.

I had the UV light system installed as well as the maintenance on my 2 stage Rheem heat pump. Highly recommend for hot humid attic air handlers.

I had scheduled maintenance done on my one year old unit. My technician Aldi was thorough and very informative .
After talking with him I will definitely get the membership maintenance plan and the UV lights. Thanks Aldi

I got my unit replaced today. Eric, Patric, Bledar and Ledion did an excellent job. I also would like the thank Ray for putting everything together for me. He made the process very easy.

First time using this company and had a great experience. Fast and prompt service on repair. Tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend!

Both of the guys who came to my house they did a great job and very professional with the work they did and I’m very proud of the work they done.

"X" was our technician. He took the time to troubleshoot the replacement thermostat I bought and initially thought it was faulty. He did a hard reset and a/c worked. Nice, knowledgeable guy. Highly recommended.

ARS Team led by Patrick and his team did a phenomenal job. What would normally take 2 days to complete. They finished in one day. They were all very skilled at there profession and can’t thank them enough. Great job guys and my house is running very cool and comfortable. I highly recommend ARS A/C to anyone in the market.

Ryan (technician) was very polite and professional. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and provided me with useful information to keep my ac unit in good running condition. Ryan checked my vents addressing issues I’ve had with airflow. Ryan was great thank you.

Same day service, technician solved the issue quickly and was very professional. Hvac unit was installed in August of 2025, problem was with the heating element. As soon as I explained the issue, the technician knew exactly what the problem was and had it resolved in no time. Highly recommended for service, friendly, professional ,and attentive staff that stand behind their products.

My AC stopped working on the hottest day of the year to date ARS sent out an absolutely amazing team. Technician Flogart Mihajand his assistant, I am so sorry that I don't remember his name. They both did an amazing job.
They are a very hard working team. The heat index was horrific the day they were at my house, and they did not miss a beat. I'm very satisfied with the outcome of the work they performed. Although it was an unexpected expense, they did all they could to help me keep the cost at an affordable price. They were extremely polite and very professional.
I will definitely use ARS in the future.

My scheduler Jeff was kind and patient with me rescheduling a couple times.
My consultant was Chad, who .was personable, friendly, knowledgeable and concerned about me getting a system that matched my needs.
My techs/installers, Quinn and Johann, were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. They did not rush thru the job and made sure everything was right. They showed me and explained different tasks and answered all my questions.
I’m very pleased with finding a reputable company and would recommend them to anyone!

Edwin is a great guy. He took good care in solving the problem. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and we had great conversation. You're lucky to have him. Great job. Send him next time I need help. He signed me up on their matenience program,which will save me money.

Orgester was very professional, friendly, and courteous. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and verified everything was in perfect working condition. Orgester serviced my ac last time as well and did a fantastic job then too.

Was very happy with the service and repairs I received. All servicemen were on time, professional and worked diligently until my job was completed. (I had my entire supply and return ducts replaced). Communication was clear from original inspection to final repair, answering all questions I had. Debris was removed leaving no trace. I will definitely schedule my annual maintenance/tune ups with ARS/Rescue Rooter from this point forward.

I absolutely am thrilled with our new system. We got everything installed, air handler, outdoor unit, control board and new thermostats. All of this on a second story, using a crane to lift the unit and up and down the stairs hundreds of times. I recommend this company highly. My neighbor had hers put in by them and I followed suit. Thanks ARS!

I have used many companies over the years for my ac that breaks every 6 months and ARS is definitely the best. They explained what was wrong in a way I could understand. They are very professional and I appreciated the calls letting me know when they were on the way to my house. They have financing options as well! This is the first company I felt like I could trust, they knew what they were doing and actually identified the cause of the break and not just replace the part without fixing the issue.

Made appointment through Lowe's, $19 maintenance/tune-up.
Appointment was scheduled and technician arrive at scheduled time.
The technician, Luiz, was thorough and neat, while completing the service process.
I was given a written estimate for repairs as well as, pricing for a new unit. I did not feel pressured to sign with company for replacement of system.
