Ergi was here with his very sweet young apprentice. I so appreciated the pictures of my problem, the explanation and the solution. AC issues in Florida in almost August are never good but their estimate was fair and best of all I trust them.

My ac went down on Saturday and the tech Ergi come out and told me that the ac was very old and couldn't get repaired, so I went with a new air conditioning . they come in Sunday morning installed my air conditioner,also the installation went really smooth and fast and showed me how to use the thermostat and added a uv light to protect my air conditioning not to have bio growth.

I’m an attorney, my wife works full-time, and we’ve got kids—so when AC issues come up, we need someone who shows up and gets it done. That’s been Jaryn from E&E since 2018. — When we moved in 2017 attic unit was installed wrong and never drained right. Jaryn took ownership and has kept it going with several creative fixes. He’s super friendly, high-energy, and always shows up when we need him. —. In 2021, my son fell through the ceiling and broke part of the system—Jaryn came right away and fixed it. He suggested a split system in our office (I hesitated, but it was the best decision ever). Later, he convinced us to do one in the garage—it wasn’t cheap, but he was right on and now we got a great cool space for storage and workouts!

When the hurricanes hit last year and all 4 units flooded, Jaryn jumped on it fast. Replaced everything and even helped with our flood insurance. We’ve texted him with little issues and he always responds.

My whole family gives him an A+. Big thanks to Jaryn and Paul at E&E.

I would like to share my positive experience with this excellent company. I was having so many issues with my 3 year old air conditioner installed by another company. I was recommended to EE Gliddon and I am so glad I called them. Ergo Hisa came out and found the problem. He was so wonderful to work with and after repairing the system with the help of technician Randall Herb, the AC is now running more efficiently than ever. We’ve had the privilege of Jaryn doing our inspections and maintenance for the last several years. He kept our older AC up and running and when it came time for a new unit there was no question who we wanted to guide our selection and subsequent install. Top notch in knowledge, customer service and technical skill!

Jayrn and his crew did a fabulous job accessing and removing and replacing two 4 ton units and my business. They also worked on Sunday to complete the job, so not to interfere with my business hours.

E&E was awesome. Very knowledgeable and honest tech. They were able to fit me into their schedule the very next day. Ergi diagnosed the unit and had it fixed in less than one hour.

Ergi came out to help me as one of my units were not running. He was able to determine it needed a deep clean. He educated me on the important of maintenance with units in Florida. I was able to sign up for a maintenance plan so I won’t have to worry about cleaning issues in the future!

We are so happy to have found E&E Gliddon Home Services, our AC quit working and Ergi was able to get to us within 24 hours to inspect our unit, he was thorough,friendly and kept us informed of everything he found along the way, we were offered the options of repairing, or replacing and since the unit was 23 years old we decided to get a new one, he went over price options and everything and the guys were here to replace the unit the very next morning, they were very kind gentlemen, they finished the work, cleaned up everything and asked if we had any questions before they left. We would highly recommend Ergi and his team for repairs or replacement, they were very professional and courteous. Thank you E&E
