If there were more than 5 stars, I would have selected it. Encore Air is prefessional, punctual and respectful of my time. They not only did the job right, but cleaned up after themselves and offered a fair price. If I had to do it all over again, I would hire them again. Thank you James and crew.

Our AC unit quite working late at night right when our kids were about to go to bed, but the operator immediately connected us with the on-call person who lived right in our neighborhood. He came right away and fixed the problem and gave our family a great night and peace of mind with a follow-up visit the next day. :)

My Central AC went out and I needed to replace. After an exaustive search I came upon James at Encore Air and really glad I did. They installed my AC next day at a reasonable price and with no hassles. I found anAC company that I can trust and will now use them exclusively as well as recommend them to all my friends. Our complete unit was difficult to install third floor attic for the air handler and in August. The installation crew was knowledgeable and professional. We had a few hardware problems due to restricted space so the install took longer than anyone wanted it to. Best service best price. For any Air conditioning requirements I would call these guys first and always.

After purchasing a new house in June of 2014, we did not expect the AC to die in October! However, Encore Air was at the rescue! Not only did they beat most competitors by $2,000 dollars, but had it installed the next day before most businesses could return their messages from the weekend! My wife and I really appreciated the kind and courteous service and the fact that they are a religious based company. When you have a quality company like this, its clear to see why you can pass the savings on to your customers!!

Encore Air installed my system on last weekend and I am very pleased with the service we received. They were prompt on arrival and got started right away. James the owner stop by the site as well. The installers were very pleasant and after the job was done the clean the indoor and outside areas. I would recommend Encore Air to a friend.

My experience with Encore Air has been very professional in every aspect. The installation of the air handler & compressor was quick and more importantly; the service men were experienced & knowledgeable. We recently had Danny service our total system and he did a thorough job & was very polite & professional.

UPDATE: 3 years later, the system is not working called Sunday morning, no callback. Called Monday morning, no callback (Labor Day) no callback. Called Tuesday morning, no callback. These guys are fired!!!!

We had a service contract with another company and they came out on a Friday morning to clean and check our 3 year old unit. After the technician inspected the unit he informed my husband we needed a new compressor because it was not working. It was working perfectly before the tech did any inspection but we were at his mercy....it was 90 degrees outside. He told us the job couldn't be done until Monday because they don't work on Saturday. My husband called and spoke with the manager. He was rude and very unprofessional. My husband finally ended up saying we would have to wait until Monday to have it done so we had to leave our home with two dogs and go stay the night at our daughter’s house. The next day, Saturday, I called Encore! The tech, Joe, asked what my problem was and I explained what happened. He immediately checked around for a compressor and called me back to let me know he located one and he would come out first to make sure we really needed one. He was here within an hour and found the power switch to the compressor was off. No compressor needed! He topped off the coolant and we were done! We have been living in cool bliss ever since! Thank you so much, Joe! We would recommend Encore for any AC needs. Professional, prompt, courteous, honest. Please beware of other companies that are dishonest and not willing to assist elderly people when in need. We were almost bamboozled but Encore came to the rescue!!

I can not say enough good things about Encore Air. My 1st surprise was the fact the owner provided a quote via messaging thru the Encore Air website. Who does that today!! I felt his quote was reasonable and he was offering the quality of equipment I was looking for. He did not attempt to over sell me anything. His installers were on-time, very professional, courteous, and did a tremendous job with the installation of my new Bryant Heat Pump. I would highly recommend Encore Air to anyone looking for an honest reputable company. Thank you again James for the great service of your company!!!

I contacted Encore Air on a Saturday and by Monday I had a new A/C system installed that is working like a charm. Their website is thorough and informative with all the pricing information up front and with no hidden fees, James answered all of my questions promptly and completely, and the installation guys were great. My only regret is that I wish I hadn't waited so long to get a new A/C system put it, because my old a/c handler was full of mold and dripping with goo... Our new system is wonderful and my experience with Encore Air was seamless and refreshingly simple!!
