Jared did awesome job servicing my AC unit and installing a surge protector . I had three quotes. Every other company was a rip off. This is the only company that only recommended what I needed. They gave me a free price!

We have purchased yearly maintenance for our unit! Wise investment! Patrick is always very thorough in performing the semiannual service which keeps our unit in great working order for the year. Friendly, timely and thorough! Thank you Patrick!

Semiannual maintenance performed by John today. Experienced and thorough!
He has us ready for the upcoming summer heat and storm season! We have been customers of Forest Air since 2011, previous home installed new HVAC system and with maintenance contract and coming to new location in 2019 purchased another new system and maintenance!
Highly recommend Forest Air!

Update: Ian and Ross came out to perform additional services in our home today as follows:
Secondary Drain Pan Install * Shop Fabricated
To replace the drain pan, a special ordered one will have to be made. This happens with irregular or custom-made pans

Duct & Plenum Repair- Replace Supply Plenum
Replace the existing supply plenum and re-do all connections on the plenum, reconnect the flex on the plenum with new collars, and seal connections with the tape and mastic. Also, seal the holes on the air handler where wires penetrate the unit, tape the doors as needed, and check/adjust the speed so the unit will not sweat. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, knowledgable, and friendly. We are moving in a week and will definitely engage Forest Air for our new home!

Mr. Kovak was courteous and competent. He made a thorough inspection of my compressor unit and air handler, identified the problems, and rectified them. My AC is now cooling the house and it's not working as hard to do it. Mr. Kovak gave me much better service than the company that installed the system.

Forest did an excellent job for me! Was having trouble with current AC SYTEM and Forest gave me complete diagnosis and options to fix without simply trying to sell me a new system. After reviewing with Forest we decided on a system and Forest did an excellent job on the installation. I would highly recommend Forest!

Update: Had no air conditioning when power returned after 2 major hurricanes. The lady who called me back was very professional and helpful. Troy came that very day and fixed the issue quickly. So grateful for the great service during such a stressful time!

Service man arrived on time, and did a thorough check up on my AC unit. Reassured me that my unit was good for a few more years but the exterior fitting to the wall was loose. He gave me a verbal quote and assured me it could be replaced in a few days. He was very polite and friendly.

I have been a steady customer for over 8 years and still happy with the way Forrest Air handle their customers. I even added my brother and sister to their repair list and we purchased two new units at great price. My sister unit went down last week and they came down checked unit and agreed on repairs.
