I cannot express how much Robert Duck is amazing!!! He is extremely knowledgeable, super easy to talk to, and is quick and efficient. This is the second time he’s been to my place and has not disappointed with the fastness and knowledge he knows. Thanks again Robert!

We had the pleasure of Hale’s technician, Casey, do the evaluation and maintenance on our Trane heat and A/C unit. He fixed minor problems as he went along them and did an excellent, honest job of pointing out parts needing replacement. Parts were ordered and installed by him just a week later. It’s great to know that you’re with a company that hires skilled, personable professionals like him. It was kinda sad to see him go when he finished. Highly recommend! We’ve been with Hales since buying the unit 13 years ago and we’re loyal customers knowing that we are in very good hands!

Recently, my HVAC system gone bad and to be replaced. After reviweing a few options, I decided to go with Costco program to replace the system which is Central AC with gas furnace. Mr JJ (Johnathan) from Hales AC, came to review the system and came up with a couple of system recommendations. He is very friendly and very knowledgable and explained different aspects of the system install. We went ahead and agreed upon a system and service agreement. He followed up with his office and I got a service appointment for the new system next day.
Charles from Hales AC, came to install the system and he is very professional and technical and did the hard job for 5/6 hours in hot summer, making our life better. I really appreciate all the communication and documentation which was done in a systematic way and they completed my required Costco paper work on the same day.
A small adjustment had to be made after the install, and a tech was sent right next day and addressed the install issue promptly. Overall I had a very good experience with the team, with the install.

I have been a customer of Hales AC since 2008. Their service has always been excellent. This time I had a complete AC system installed. From start to finish everything was great. David the technician was great. From start to finish he kept me informed on the progress. At the end of the installation he made sure that I knew how to operate my new system. Great job.

Robert Duck came today, on a Sunday to make a repair. We were so grateful that he was so punctual because my husband suffers from asthma and living without a/c in Florida can be a health hazard for him. Robert was thorough, drained the gunk that was causing a clog and the a/c is working fine now. Thank you Robert and thank you Hales for hiring such a knowledgeable repair technician.

Found a small tear in my duct work and called over to Hales AC. They were able to come out and look at it the very next morning! Robert D showed up on time and explained the entire process to me in a way that I understood it. Would highly recommend this company and Robert Duck for any and all your AC needs

Last week had a new ac installed by Charles and Dustin, they worked well together and kept me informed on progress after job was completed they cleaned up and provided information on system operation. Kudos for a job well done. Thank you.

I could not be happier with Hale's AC. I had a 17 year-old central system and wanted to replace it before it got any older. I wanted more efficiency, lower electric bills, and the peace of mind of not having to worry about replacing a broken system in a panic some day soon. My fiance had used Hale's a couple years ago to replace his house's broken A/C system with a Daiken system (which was AMAZINGLY quiet outside, btw) and had a very good experience with them. I shopped around anyway, and the prices I got were pretty similar everywhere for the new Daiken system I wanted, so I felt Hale's was reasonably priced.
Harold, their manager, came out and looked over my house in advance to make sure there would be no surprises during the installation, and they were able to schedule an installation that worked with my schedule. The crew (Spencer, Jason and Sal) came out last Wednesday, and in less than a day, they had the old system out and a new system in and working. Now we should be able to sit out back and still have a conversation with our friends while the A/C is running. The Hale's crew even gave us time to repaint the closet where the inside unit was being replaced!
They were all pleasant, competent, courteous and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. They answered all my questions, and when I questioned a minor issue that I noticed after they left, Hale's had a couple guys work it into their schedule and they managed to get by the next day and fix even that last little detail in a totally professional and courteous manner. I hope I don't need another system for 20 years now, but if I did, I would be going back to these guys with no hesitation.

Tory was extremely professional and competent. I really appreciate the advice he offered on maintaining my AC, and he did so without trying to sell me something I don’t really need. Five stars.

Hales is a top notch in customer service and support. Just got a maintenance check visit from Robert Duck and he was very through, offered many valuable alternatives, and was very patient with explanations of the the service options.

They did a great of installing new AC unit. Very neat and professional looking. Took care to protect floors with drop clothes and did a good of cleaning up.

Our tech was Robert Duck, he was beyond thorough in diagnosing our AC issue. He provided us with pictures and explained what was needed to get it up and running again. Which was all done same day we called. So far our first experience with Hale's AC has been a very positive one!
