We've used Hern for several years now for various heating/cooling problems, they have always been excellent. Today they replaced old ducts, vents and insulation throughout our attic. They showed up right the designated time, had all the materials, spent the day working, cleaned up (very nicely) and took the old materials away. Scott and his team are professional and neat! I highly recommend them!!

I use Hern Air Conditioning for all of my A/C needs, including the 6 month maintenance checkups. It's the first time Jordan has performed this service on my unit and he was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly and the service was excellent. Every Hern technician that has maintained my A/C unit has made me feel like a valued customer. I'm very selective about any company that I use for home repairs and I highly recommend Hern for any of your A/C needs!

After years of feeling like I was getting ripped off by a big-name HVAC services supplier for routine maintenance and repairs on my A/C system, I went with a friend's recommendation to try Hern Heating a couple of years ago. I couldn't be happier. Hern is a very professional company with a lot of integrity - they do what they say they are going to do. Their customer service is excellent. They are prompt, polite and definitely customer focused. I appreciate the text and emails they send to communicate technician status. They recently did an installation of a new system at my home and went above and beyond my expectations - even repairing some of the duct work under the house, which they didn't have to do. They are much less expensive than the previous vendor and I know they will always do the job correctly. I give them my unqualified recommendation.

We contacted Hern A/C because they have always provided us with exceptional service. This job was for our daughter and again we were pleased with the experience. The estimate was affordable and the service provided was prompt. It was a big job (removing an A/C unit from the roof and replacing). Morgan, the office personnel was extremely helpful in answering all our questions and ensuring timely service and the technicians saw the job through to the end...from 8:30am to 6pm.

Hern is prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They skillfully maintain multiple systems at our home (in harsh beach conditions) after comprehensively replacing a system that was grossly incapable of cooling with one that is efficient and effective.

Awesome experience working with Hern! They have a lot of integrity - other HVAC companies in the area were strongly advising us to replace our entire AC system, but Hern said everything looked fine and we could get more out of it. They care more about doing the right thing than making money, which isn't always common. Our technician, Scottie, was super helpful, giving us great advice on how to keep our house cool and electricity bill down. Highly recommend working with him and this company. Going forward, I will 100% be using Hern for any AC maintenance work and replacement when the time comes.

Top notch service!! I can’t recommend Hern Heating and Air Conditioning highly enough. They are consistently responsive and totally reliable. The service technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable, professional and clean up after themselves. And most importantly, my AC is working perfectly again!!
