We needed a quote to replace the original duct system in our home. Keith B came the next day as promised and asked appropriate questions about our concerns and needs. He was respectful and professional. He provided the quotes and explained everything and made sure we had no remaining questions. Excellent!

Adam showed up right on time and was super professional and performed very thorough service maintenance on a system for an investment property. He also took lots of photos of the work completed and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

I am so used to technicians coming later in their service window, but Michael King was surprisingly prompt and went straight to work to figuring out what was wrong with my AC unit. In under an hour, Mr. King was able to identify the issue, give us a temporary solution while the part he needed comes in. He took his time answering all of my questions and gave a simple breakdown on what was going on with my unit and how to remedy the problem. Did I mention super friendly? I appreciate his professionalism and expertise.

Casey did a complete inspection of our home's electrical system and reviewed his findings! I had a good understanding the electrical integrity of our home. He was professional, courteous and patient. I'm glad we signed up for the Preferred Partner Plan, its already saved us more money than the cost of the plan. Jacob went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with our AC. We called last minute and integrity was able to get us in same day. Jacob kept us informed of arrival time. I would definitely call integrity again for any service. I even signed up for their yearly maintenance program.

Richard D'Aversa did a great job! He was very personable and was knowledgeable about my AC unit. Nice guy!

Sam Novoa worked really hard in repairing our damaged shower valve. Also, he made sure that while he is working that everything is clean. Integrity was able to schedule a visit immediately while other companies cannot. Highly recommended.

I am John home owner at 6211 amaretto drive. Hector your tech changed out the outside panel service disconnect. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and said Teco would be here on Wednesday to change out meter.

The service I received was awesome! TP Garvin Zephyrin was professional, knowledgeable, and quick. He took a brief history like a doctor, diagnosed the problem, and had my shower drain flowing in no time!

Malek, Robert, Jose, Adam, and Jason were all at our house on Wednesday 4/20. They installed two A/C condensers, 2 blower units, and cleaned our duct system. I have been around the trades for 30 years and watching this crew work together, joke around with each other, but remain focused, with everyone assisting their teammates and completing task after task, efficiently and seamlessly, was a joy to watch for me. Malek is a special individual, with great leadership qualities, I’d hire this crew in a minute to work for me, Shaun the sales rep told me how good their crews were, this company does it right all the way around, great leadership. My house was cleaner when they left, than when they arrived. Thanks for the service!

Amazing response and service by Justin! Called at 7am on a Saturday morning and he called back in 5 min and showed up at the house in less than 30 min. System was up and running quickly. We now have a preventative maintenance agreement which includes free service calls during regular business hours. Super knowledgeable and professional service - great experience and we highly recommend Bay Area Heating and AC.

weather today was 111° Fahrenheit, i called at 11am and they were able to send a technician SAME DAY!! Tech 12-1A Stephen Davis was the best! Drove almost 2 hrs to fix my Ac unit. My house was 92 degrees inside!!! He got it taken cared of, was very honest and shared very important tips. I will definitely recommend this company.
