From an emergency flooding a few years ago, due to an a/c component failure, finding this company on home advisor was a blessing; their response time was on time. Then and since, my experience with this company is such that, besides being on time every time, they know air systems, and they're candid. No upselling!

Great family owned business. They quoted me a lower price than a few of the big chain companies and explained all of the work before hand. Everything is up to code and looks immaculate. They stayed in touch and showed up on time. I was nervous having a whole system replaced and worried about being taken advantage of, but they were so kind and professional at a very fair price. 10/10 recommend!!

Mitch came by to give me a second opinion on a supposed AC coil repair, recommended by another, much larger company. Checked the pressure of the units in the back (with real gauges, the old school hardware doesn't lie) and assured me that my units were running just fine. That other company, tried to pull a fast one on us. Will be reaching out to them in the winter time for an AC tune up. M&R saved me thousands of dollars with a real moment of honesty.

This business was amazing. I waited 2 weeks for the other repair man to come out and try to over charge me for man-splaining the problem I already knew what was going on. M &R air was quick to respond and was super professional and personable. They got my air up and going and the price was perfect. So happy. Thanks M&R for beating the heat.

If you are looking for a great, affordable and reliable company this is the company to pick. We needed a new AC and called them for a quote. They are very reasonable and we have been extremely happy with everyone in the company. They were on time, knowledgeable, did an amazing job and cleaned up everything. M&R installed my new AC few years ago. Their pricing was fair, without trying to upsell me on stuff I didn't need or want, and their service has been stellar ever since. Friendly and responsive! AC service and installation does not get better than this.

I received 3 quotes for a new AC unit. M&R was the lowest BUT I didn't select them for only that reason. The other quotees said I needed this or that. When I called back Steven he answered my questions honestly. He did NOT try to oversell at all. The were/are timely, respectful, genuinely nice men who are here to help me. I recently had M&R Air Conditioning install a new unit in my home, and I'm extremely satisfied with their service. From start to finish, they were professional and efficient. The installation team was punctual, skilled, and completed the job to my utmost satisfaction. I highly recommend M&R Air Conditioning for their excellent work and customer service.

I have only used M&R Air Conditioning and Electrical twice so far, but but times I have been very happy with the service.

The first time was an AC tune up and check as we moved into a new home in South St. Pete. Our Realtor suggested the company, and informed us about their professionalism. She did not lie.

The second time our AC kept turning off due to a drainage issue with the unit and the drip tray overflowing. They came out and fixed the issue quickly. Their response time is great, they will do their best to fit you in same day if they can. After they left, the system shut down again. I called them from work, explained that the unit shut off again after the tech left. They responded quickly and sent someone at no charge. Turned out to be a loose wire that might have gotten charred loose when the tech was working up there.

I have been very happy with this company so far and plan to use them in the future.

We've been using M&R Air Conditioning for a year and a half for a/c repairs after our daughter referred them to us. Always prompt replying to our service needs and repairs. They gave us a very fair quote to replace our 18 year old heat pump/air handler last week (had 2 other highly rated companies also provide quotes) and their quote was very competitive. Steven and Michael completed the install yesterday. Great communication, arrived when they said they would and very knowledgeable about the a/c products they sell. It's great to have a trustworthy a/c company to rely on after our previous long time a/c person retired.
