My tech came promptly on time and fixed my issue same day. Great service and straight forward pricing. Did not try to upsell me a bunch of things i didnt need. 10/10 would recommend

I have used Phillips A/C company for 18 years and have never been let down even when it was an emergency. They installed my new unit and will always be who I call!! Small town business and always professional 😊!!!!

We’ve used Phillips three times now. The thing I value the most is the firsthand contact (no call centers or runaround) and the fact that they have always gotten to us the same day. They also explain everything so you know what you’re paying for and what they’re doing. Really personable and really efficient.

Luke responded immediately when my AC went out - he assessed and advised as to my options (unit was 2007) and had a team out to install right away. Luke was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtfully explained the process. His team was excellent. Personable, respectful of property, thorough and efficient. He followed up to assure all was working well. It runs like a dream. I am very appreciative to find such quality, local service. I highly recommend.

Couldn’t be happier with my whole experience with Phillips Air Conditioning & Heating. I left a v/m Monday morning and received a return call immediately. Bobby Knoop was at my condo by 1PM and my air conditioner was working an hour later. Bobby was friendly and professional. He explained why my a/c wasn’t working and what he had to do to fix it. He also helped me get the Nest App. working on my phone since I wasn’t able to do it since I bought the condo 2 years ago.

Very honest and quick. I called him this morning and he immediately came out and fixed the unit.

James from Phillips Air Conditioning in St Petersburg, did an excellent, efficient maintenance job today, on my mini- splits AC units. I know that this time of the year it can be hard to schedule service, so I appreciate them being able to fit it in.

Nick and James came out today to do our tuneup and check things out. On time, very professional and good communication on what they did and how things looked. That’s why I stay with Phillips AC. I’m always treated like I’m their only customer which I know I’m not. great job again thank you

My thermostat wouldn’t shut off the heat. A friend referred me to Phillips, I called and Luke came within an hour.
He replaced the thermostat quickly and efficiently. He was respectful and personable, and I even discovered that he was from Middletown, CT, where I went to college at Wesleyan. He did a great job, quickly and efficiently. I asked him about replacing it with a Nest, he explained the advantages and I realized that since I don’t travel or work outside the home I don’t need it. Since he didn’t have one and would have to come back, I decided to go with the Honeywell unit he had, and he didn’t try to upsell me, he just installed that one.
When I asked why I was smelling cooking fumes in my bedroom, he looked at my filter and showed me that it was torn up from use. He advised changing it monthly, buying a case from Home Depot, then told me I could save time by ordering them from Amazon–even better.
As he left he told me he’s a working boss, running his crew. I highly recommend him and his company.

Always a good experience with Luke’s team. Bobby is a pro. They have fixed my system in the past and this was just a routine maintenance call to ensure things are good for the summer.

We’ve used Phillips Air for years for our own home and our rental properties. Always prompt in returning calls, scheduling, and follow-up. Prices are reasonable and quality is excellent.

Woke up this morning to a warm, humid home!!! A/C was running buy not cooling. Called Phillips A/C at 8:00 am and left a message. Got a call back about 8:45. Technician arrived at about 9:15. Diagnosed the problem. Our compressor died. Phillips had one in stock. By 1:30 pm all was well and our home is back to being comfortable again! They are fair and reliable. Glad we have them nearby!!

Had an AC emergency and Luke came out the same day (Friday) and we determined that best course of action was a new HVAC System. They quoted a reasonable price and installedvit the next Wednesday. Highly recommended!

Phillips is always quick to answer and respond with a tech to my condo within minutes with excellent fast service.

A Phillips repair man arrived at the house less than an hour after I called about non-cooling AC system. The problem was diagnosed and corrected within three hours of the initial call, and the repair bill was entirely reasonable. That is good service!

Luke Phillips and his team did an outstanding job on the installation of our new AC unit and ductwork. They were timely, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. If we ever need any additional work or maintenance done? We will be giving them a call.

Could have not had a better experience with this company. They provided same service day service as when I called, and charged me a reasonable price for what I needed done (at $400)…plus photos of their work. Another BBB “A+” rated company in the area was trying to charge me $1500… wild. I recommend Philips to anyone and everyone.
