Alejando was outstanding!! He arrived before time and jetted our sewer for the public restroom. I highly recommend him.

I had an underground leak at work and Theron showed up on time & found the problem quickly. This wasn't an emergency since I had shut off the water and the pipe just fed my sprinkler system. It was an odd sized pipe that needed a special part to fix and he got it ordered and came back out the next day to install it. Great job, nice guy and the price wasn't bad either.

Fast and courteous, Theron was great. He even found a lost wallet on the property and returned it to its rightful owner. Highly recommended!

Dan was so friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone in need of a plumber.

Hot water heater failed and flooded house. Tech was there in less than 30 minutes and water turned off. New heater ordered and will be installed 18 hours later.

James came to the house and replaced our water heater completely and I couldn’t have asked for anyone else! He was very patient and helpful with
any kind of questions or concerns I had! I wouldn’t have wanted anyone other than him to do it for sure!

I am now a loyal 1-Tom customer. They were fast and CLEAN. Brian was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and explained what was necessary to fix, versus what could wait. Honest and pleasant people are hard to come by these days. Thank you Brian and 1-Tom!

Alejandro and Robert came out to our business today. They quickly and efficiently got our toilets working again. They did a great job of cleaning up as they went and left us looking good as new.
While they were here we had them work on our sump pump in the loading dock which has stopped working. They were able to get that up and running as well.

Very happy. Gage came out the same day with his apprentice, text that he was on the way so I wasn’t waiting for hours. I had a slow draining kitchen sink and instead of going on my roof for a much higher cost, which was unnecessary but recommended by some other plumbing companies, he was able to snake the drain and fix the problem at a very fair price leaving me extremely happy. I did not feel nickel and dimed or up-charged, which drives me nuts. Unlike some other companies, Gage cleaned up after he was done and didn’t leave me a mess, which I appreciated.

Dan was great. Our laundromat had a leak on a saturday night and we cannot find anyone to come out and service us. We called 1-Tom plumbers and from there it was smooth from setting up a schedule, getting a plumber to our store and actually fix the issue

I reached out for help with 1-Tom-Plumber at 11:30pm not even expecting to get a human on the phone but to my surprise someone was answering their phones. Given my obvious stress and frustration the man on the phone Pat had remained patient and even more helpful walking me through every step that would lead up to a solution.
