Paul Kleinfeld is exceptional to work with. He guided me in making the right decisions for my dream home. I would highly recommend Paul and his expertise.

First florida is a locally owned contractor that specializes in high end Residential home building. They have been in business for over 40 years and that alone speaks volumes! Consider them on your new home or renovation.

I very much appreciate that their technician Ben arrived during the window promised, He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained exactly what was required. I will definitely be using First Mold Removal & Mold Remediation Service Stuart, FL again.

I have worked with First Florida for the past 5 years now. They have built my clients home, which caused me to have to communicate with them sometimes on a daily basis. They have an expedited way of solving problems. They think outside the box and are great to work with. The skill set and quality they provide cannot be matched. They have great follow through and most importantly they answer the phone!I highly recommend them you will not be disappointed.

We recently purchased a home in Vero Beach that had been built by First Florida Development in 2005/6. The home is of the highest quality. Shortly after we moved in we discovered a structural problem that was the result, we learned later, of the architect. We feared the worst.

I contacted FFD by email. The president of the company responded. Even though the problem was not of their doing, they found a cost effective solution and did the work quickly with a high level of craftsmanship.

As a customer and former business owner, I truly appreciate doing business with a company that has great people, great culture and first rate values. Thank you John, Scott and Paul.

We used First Florida to completely renovate a condo on Hutchinson Island. Paul, Mark and the entire team were fantastic. What a great job they did. Condo came out beyond expectations. And on pretty much on schedule. This is a very professional group who know how to be a true GC. We look forward to working with them again!

I am not a customer of First Florida, but i have seen their work. I have to say that it's one thing to see first hand the quality of build and attention to detail that this company performs. My mind was simply blown away. In my profession, I work on new home construction projects with a lot of different home builders over my career, as well as existing homes. I do have to acknowledge someone where acknowledgment is deserved. Mike, the superintendent, is a very stand up gentleman. I have never worked with a person that was so willing to take a moment to not only shake your hand, but to also communicate and problem solve all at the same time. It's really a breath of fresh air to have not only witnessed the perfection and attention to detail in this companies build quality, but to also see that genuine people still exist. A person who actually still enjoys his job, takes pride in what he does, and makes the people around him happy to work with him. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone for any future home build projects and my hat is off to you Mike. Very stand up guy.

First Florida Construction & Development is an amazing company and the only choice for us to entrust our Ocean Front home build. The skill level and knowledge of all staff is unmatched. Phone calls were returned at midnight. Multiple choices and prices were always given. The level of integrity starts with Paul and Mark all the way to the cleaning crews. Brent Stolenberg was our Supervisor and was invaluable with his experience, consciousness and ideas. He never missed a call, text or email. We built in Florida as our second home and lived out of state during the process. This did not matter as daily we were given photos and status of our project. Special thanks to Sean - who throughly checked out everyone that stepped foot in our home and protected it as his own. Christie keep the process running smoothly & accurately with Kim and Donna always providing detailed information. We highly recommend First Florida Development & Construction and would absolutely use them again! Thank you for making our dream a reality! Dan & Kelly Milstein

This guy drives like a complete fool in Stuart today! Cutting people off left and right, on the Roosevelt Bridge!
