I had a large window treatment installed ( shutters) I didn’t shop around so I’m really don’t have a price for comparison. I was extremely happy that I had Rockford do the job from start to finish. Everyone that came to my home was very knowledgeable respectful & made me feel comfortable with them doing the job. I’m handicap and don’t get out much and wasn’t even sure what I wanted so I left it up to them and their experience. The day of installation I wasn’t home ( having a CT) so my son was here to welcome Jack to install. My son raved about how quickly the shutters were installed and his professionalism. Jack helped my son move furniture & rug & helped him put everything back in place. I arrived at the end of the job and was thrilled with the final result. I would definitely recommend Rockford to everyone, I’m very pleased.

My installer, (yes just one guy) did an outstanding job, he moved furniture installed the carpet and moved the furniture back. Awesome job and was very personable. I would recomend him to anyone.

Even though the first two deliveries of the carpet were the wrong color (no fault of Home Depot) the service from Renee in Flooring at the Stuart FL location did a fantastic job sorting things out. The installation was flawless and we love the new look.

Very friendly & helpful staff. They helped me get a window a/c unit out to my car & they put it in the car for me. Always a good selection of products & knowledgeable staff.

Stuart Fl location was excellent but the contracted installer wouldn’t return their calls so I waited three weeks for installation. Door was installed and works great but installer didn’t take the old opener and rail with him.
I would give it a 2 but the employees in Stuart kept me updated.

Employees walk around not helping people

I placed a special order for Windows and doors and they tell you 2-3 weeks until delivery, it's now week 5 still don't have the doors and no one in the store has a clue to where or when they will be here, I've been accused of already picking them up and ive had them tell me 2-3 dates that they would be here, but still no doors. Very upset with the customer service and the employees willingness to help you find them. Bottom line get your Windows/ doors elsewhere or be prepared to get the run around.

Showed up on the wrong day multiple times. Almost put down the wrong floor also. I caught them just in time. No communication. Probably talked to 10 different people. You never get the same person twice.
