I had Steve from Eastern Electric Solutions come for the installation of a new light. Communication was timely and pleasant. He arrived when he said he would and was very knowledgeable. He left my entryway as clean as he found it. I plan to eventually install all new light fixtures in my home and will definitely use EES!

I would give Eastern 6 stars were that possible. They are the best service company I have ever used- prompt, cordial staff, quality workmanship, fair price. Neil even re-scheduled his work so he could finish our bathroom light job before our company arrived. Bravo!

This is probably the best business I have worked with in the 25 years I have lived here. Steve came to my house the time and date we agreed on. When he was going to be late, he called to let me know. Also, I needed an electrician the day I called and he was able to accommodate my request. Eastern Electric is a clean, efficient, respectable business.

We needed help moving outlets in our kitchen after a remodel and we’re so impressed by Eastern Electric. They have such a friendly staff that you can tell go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Steve was punctual and did excellent work. We will certainly use them for any future projects!

We wanted to install recessed lighting and swap out a bunch of fixtures after moving into our new home. Eastern exceeded expectations. Steve was methodical, organized and did great work. We didn’t have to do any touch up afterwards, no unnecessary holes, very efficient and communicative. Great work all around. Highly recommend.

Great company! I had them install some smoke detectors last year and they were one by one failing. They came out twice to replace and then on the third time, they replaced them all with different model. This company stands behind their work!

Eastern Electric has been excellent to work with. They installed pendant lights over our kitchen island, reworked the accent lighting in our kitchen, and set up security cameras around the house. Everything was done efficiently, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. Steve, Gabe and Owen did a great job!
I was impressed enough to bring them back out to install a camera at the front door of our office as well. Every technician has been professional, on time, respectful of the space, and easy to communicate with.

Neil and the team are fantastic. I called up today because of an issue that I had in my showroom at my business. I was expecting an appointment over the next few days. However, they were able to send someone out in a few hours and take care of the issue I was having immediately. Great communication and super friendly service. Would highly recommend!
