sharkey air is a godsend. when my compressor broke (under warranty), they went the extra mile for me in locating one and in dealing with Trane---not an easy thing to do. kevin kept in contact with me and drove to get the new compressor. installation price was reasonable. as far as regular maintenance, they are just as dependable and reasonable. very pleasant people to deal with from top to bottom. the fact that they support local charities also speaks volumes!!. these are exactly the kind of folks you want on your side. update (12/2017): anthony c provided the same level of excellent service i have become used to with sharkey. conscientious, complete and this time with added dryer vent service.

Had the technician David M. come out recently for maintenance and it turned out great! David was extremely knowledgeable and nice when discussing the maintenance steps he was taking and also some other options that we had to look into for our older unit. Overall it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this company.

Great experience, This is a little late in coming, but when Kevin's company was doing a remodel for the office space next door he found that the previous air conditioning contractor had set up the system so that we were actually providing cooling for that unit. With the landlord informed, Kevin took care of the issue.

So when we were having a cooling issue in our front office area and another firm we had used for over a decade was proposing a multi thousand dollar solution, I called Kevin and the solution was hundreds not thousands.

Top notch.. they know their stuff.... a member of MCBE a local group of business owners dedicated to providing great service and Kevin and his company certainly live up to that.

My A/C went our on a Sunday. I called the number and Brian, the service technician, was at my house within an hour. He was friendly and courteous and my problem was resolved quickly. This is the best experience I have ever had when needing an A/C repair.

I am a former field service manager with over 30+ yrs of experience so obviously, knowing how the service repair companies do business, i was on the lookout and wasn't about to get ripped off. To my surprise, this company was honest. In addition, this company went out of their way and purchased a window air conditioner for me to use because mine was broken. Furthermore, they went out of their way to get the part broken covered by warranty even though i was not the original owner and the warranty that was almost ready to expire the next month was not transferrable. I would recommend Sharky Air to handle all your air conditioning needs. Thanks Sharky Air for being an honest company!!

Never been disappointed in anyone at Sharkey from the day we started discussing a new unit with Kelvin to today's service.

My not-so-old (new in 2010) Lennox Elite compressor went...so instead of replacing outside unit only I opted to go all new with RHEEM - my system of preference. One call to Sharkey and Mike was out to assess the job and quoted asap. Signed deal on a Friday morning and they started job first-thing that following Monday morning...talk about prompt service!!!

ps. Sharkey came highly recommended and actually won my business over current A/C provider even though my current provider would have been ~$600cheaper due to service/repair credit and so far all is as-advertised/as-expected :)

Very Happy with the super fast service of Sharkey Air and Technician Michael S. Mike was polite and very efficient in checking all components of my system, replaced a capacitor. Professional honest service, with no
"sell" of service or things I did not need. I will use Sharkey Air as my HVAC repair company, and will recommend them to my friends.

When the 13 year old air conditioner in my house stopped functioning I called Sharkey's based on internet reviews. They called me back promptly and came out on time to evaluate the situation. The technician explained that the root cause of the problem was a refrigerant leak and laid out my options. Based on the age of the old system I decided to go with a replacement. After a bit of negotiating we settled on a price and set up a time for the work to be done. Before leaving the technician got the old system up and running to keep the house cool until the replacement could be installed. Installation technicians were prompt, on time, polite and cleaned up after themselves.

When I got home from work I wasn't satisfied with a part of the installation so I Sharkey's with my complaint. The owner returned my call promptly, personally came over to evaluate the installation, discussed the issue with me and made arrangements for a crew to come over and resolve the matter. Again they showed up on time, were polite, professional and resolved the matter to my satisfaction.

I feel that Sharkey's treated me fairly. I'm very satisfied with the end result and would recommend Sharkey Air to a friend.

Very helpful. I've had the opportunity to work with three of their techs, the first one who handled the diagnosis and the other two who handled the install. Each of them was very helpful and patient and answered all my questions -- and I had a LOT of questions. I really appreciated that they were each willing to take the time to explain the repairs and why they had to do things a certain way. Never once were they condescending. The whole experience was very refreshing.

Same day service even though I called relatively late in day. Charged over $300 LESS than another A/C company was. Seen and fixed all in one day. Service guy was as nice and respectful as could be. He checked to see if myA/C was under warranty to try to save me as much money as possible.

We use Sharkey for home & business. They have a caring responsive team and don't push anything on you except common sense and practicality. There is a persona that Sharkey is "expensive", but in my mind you get what you pay for and I know from experience we have our A/C needs covered by Sharkey. Thanks Sonia!

My pool was down for over 5 weeks and the tech from the company who installed the equipment seemed not to have a clue and I was not given assurances they would get it running. I gave up and phoned Pentair's technical support and they referred me to Sharkey's Air. I spoke to Denise and she said a tech would be there before noon the next day. The following day Jonathan Wharton showed up and in a very short time had determined what the problem was and had me running again. While there he gave all of my equipment a thorough inspection and assured me everything should work fine. He left me his card and told me to phone him if I needed anything further. He did an outstanding job for me and I would highly recommend Sharkey's and Jonathan.

My first call to Sharkey Air was made at 6:00 PM Wednesday evening. Old AC removed new AC unit installed before 5:00 Friday they even got me a great finance rate . Thank you to Kevin and Kate and everyone else from Sharket Air. I would highly recommend this company for all of your AC needs.
