We try to support local family owned and operated businesses so that's why we chose them. They also have great reviews and did not disappoint. Booking was a breeze and very accommodating. Our tech Matt came out and took care of us then we lost hot water the day after. He came back out and was able to identify the issue in the matter of minutes. The problem was taken care of within an hour. Would definitely recommend them and will absolutely use them in the future.

We have had a new toilet installed and multiple showers repaired by General Plumbing and their service people are excellent. They show up on time, work efficiently and leave the house spotless. Our last service technician, Nick, was amazing! He had to go through a back closet wall to repair a shower issue, and when he was done, it was as if he was never there, and the shower worked perfectly and the wall as good as new. Thank you for the great service and work!

Kenyell, Omarion and Dylan went above and beyond, working with them the last 2 days on jetting all of our deck trains all around the entire condo building. They were non-stop, like machines and did everything perfect. Highly recommend general plumbing and these gents.

Great company. Great people. I had water leak on the main water line. I called first thing in the morning and spoke with Amy. She was great, very nice and very helpful. She sent Matt out the same day and he gave me a quote. Matt came back the next morning to do the job. He was excellent. Very professional, new exactly what he was doing and fixed my issue. I used General Plumbing in Jupiter I think just had phone number. I believe Tracey the secretary was amazing n courteous in getting me help immediately. The representative was Damien he was amazing. Courteous,professional,respectful of my home. I couldn’t ask for better service n team as they were. I highly recommend Damian n his crew for plumbing work. I can’t say enough.

Kenyell always shows up with a smile ready to help. He worked on a blockage for hours, even skipping lunch to make sure the work was completed.
