Your team is incredible. So hard to find a decent plumber in this town and you guys responded quickly. Rob was not only professional, he was very detailed and clean with his work. He found and fixed leak in my bathroom wall, AND installed all my new plumbing in my kitchen in only a couple hours. Amazing!

Jim and Annie were extremely helpful in solving our dilemma of disconnecting a tall water heater tank so that a repair on an a/c unit behind it could be done. They were quick to reconnect it with our complicated schedule. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. Very pleased.

Robert has done several plumbing jobs in my home and always professional and understands customers needs. He listens and answers any questions you have. Never rushes the job. He does it right the first time. I have never needed to call him back which is a plus in my book. He cleans up well too. My hats off to Rob and I give him a 10

Don't use plumbers that don't provide an hourly rate. This firm doesn't provide any information until the service call at which time you get a "budgetary" price based upon their "book" pricing. Always use BBB rated firms that provide transparent pricing!

This place was a complete disaster. Recommended by a tiling contractor Called 2 weeks in advance to schedule work. Called the day before and they couldn’t find a record or appointment. Promised to come out 2 days later then the owner, Jim, tells me they can’t come then and was not sure they could do the drain. I ended up using a different company

I have been a customer of Plumbing by Bishop since 2011. Until this last visit, they have been my “go to” company.
I called for a repair and diagnosis of two leaks. They came and were on time as usual.
On Monday my kitchen leak was worse. I called for help and was told the technician would call me back. That never happened and the leak was so bad, it fried my iPad.
Another call and no response.
This is after I paid $400 for repair.
I had to get another company I Need the Plumber to come out.
Fast forward- I needed new valves not cartridges.
Plumbing By Bishop is a complete disappointment. What happened to them I do not know.
No call back, no responsibility of my problem, wrong diagnosis.
Steer clear of this business.
