We purchased a home originally build in 1974. After a remodeling job, my husband (a custom home builder in Massachusetts for over 45 years) decided to have the septic pumped. It had not been touched in decades. Cooker’s came highly recommended and came out and promptly took care of the system. They did everything they said they would and gave us a very accurate estimate. They were great to work with and extremely reliable. Byron Jackson, the technician, was great. We highly recommend them!

Wind River is absolutely the best! My septic decided to act up while I had family visiting. They came right out ! Gary and Richard were extremely professional and informative. Thank you for exceptional service.

Cooke’s did a professional and prompt job addressing my plumbing needs. We had one other company bail twice and have poor communication before we found Cooke’s. They show up on time, are reasonable and have great, knowledgeable techs like Mario G. who serviced our home. 5 stars

After a no-show for two days of a scheduled septic service by Du-all septic and plumbing and rude customer service by Will the manager and subsequent hang up on me, Cooke’s came out within one hour of my call and did what they could not (show up for a job) Thumbs up to Cooke’s customer service team, and Mario, the tech who came out and took care of a highly stressful and unnecessary situation. Thank you to all at Cooke’s.

Kevin was great. Septic tank was pumped out and he made some recommendations to simplify the process in the future. No sales pitch, just matter of fact…no pressure to add on additional services.

So last night while I was using my bathroom, I was hearing a small leak. The first thing I do decided to call the plumbers. They got back to us immediately that same night after 5 o’clock. Told us they’d be able to come out tomorrow and send someone out. Byron from Cooke’s plumbing Help us this morning with our leak in the wall and attaching a new sink in the garage. We are really grateful and appreciated. Very , He enjoyed our company of our Chihuahua. And be happy to have them again thanks for coming out. - marian

I called cooke's for an emergency thinking it was my septic tank. When he came to my door he said it's a city issue. I didn't know I'm new this. He was so nice and informative. I learned something today and I'm very thankful that they sent Richard out today. I'm very grateful for him!!! I had to pay a service fee which was way more cheaper than I was supposed to pay.
