All reviews for Xlectrical

XLectrical LLC has consistently demonstrated outstanding service. Their team is highly responsive and professional, with every job completed to a high standard. They are also friendly, reliable, and very easy to work with. A trusted vendor we’re always happy to partner with.

Jimmy came out on a Sunday night for an emergency with my fridge. He and Luis returned the next day and tested everything and assured me that all electrical systems were working properly so I now know the source of my problem. They also stayed to give me a very fair estimate on a HVAC system. I recommend them both highly.

Xavier came to our house to install a chandeleir and a ceiling fan. He did a great job with both installations and was well prepared and professional. We highly recommend this company.

service work performed was fairly priced.
The personnel were timely, and efficient .
I have one more electrical project planned, and i have no need to search for others to complete the work

Xavier was professional, knowledgeable with great customer service skills. He went above and beyond. I have few problems, and he fixed those to the perfection and fast! I am very grateful!

Great experience and great price. Very communicative, gave me estimates for all the scenarios I presented and was very helpful in the decision making process. Once the work was underway, I had to delay him about 20 minutes so not to lose internet during a meeting and he happily complied. Overall this was the best possible experience.

Andrew was competent and respectful. Andrew did an amazing job! Thank you.

Work excellence at reasonable price, I was very satisfied with these people and will continue to get them for my next projects.

The technician that came out had great customer service great explanation of what needed to be done well mannered, clean and very professional thank you, ANDREW

From the moment they knocked on my door, I was impressed. Jimmy and Beatriz were kind, professional, and respectful. I especially appreciated how Beatriz took the time to introduce herself, Jimmy and the purpose of their visit — such a simple gesture, but it really stood out. Jimmy was incredibly informative and patient, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything to me in a way that made sense. That level of transparency is something I have rarely experienced with other companies in the past. Highly recommend!

Xaviera, Romario, were great. I had my circuit outside box and inside box replaced and had smoke dectctors installed. They were on time and completed the install in 5 1/2 hours. They cleaned up and you wouldn't have known I had all this work done

I would use Xelectric again for any electrical work.

Andrew was timely, professional and knowledgeable. Very thorough explanation of work needing to be done.

Andrew was awesome came out waited for me for at least 15 minutes, told me what I needed ,very knowledgeable!!

I love Andrew he was very nice got straight to the job and answered all my questions I need answered and price was reasonable

I went with this company because of the great reviews, but the person they sent out not only arrived late but didn't fix the issue, made it worst, and keeps resecheduling to come fix what he did. I won't be using this company again.

Edit: The owner called me and wanted to set it right and said he would send his best tech right away.

Edit: Xavier came and fixed my issue and went above and beyond, thank you!

Now I see why there's so many good reviews, they do take it very seriously. Thank you so much!
