They did a great job on a major garage renovation and driveway repair. They were responsive and stayed on schedule.

Before I explain what my experience was like with On-site Construction I would like to point out that I'm not a difficult person but I will speak up if something isn't right. As we know based on previous conversations I've been unhappy with work done by some of the other companies throughout this restoration process. I'm usually a firm believer that nothing is perfect and I have already voiced my opinion about services my family received from the other 2 companies that worked on our clothes, shoes, linen, and our furniture.

I just wanted to give you some feedback about the services we received from Jason and his crew at On-site Construction. Jason Fausette is the most honest and caring person that I had to deal with in a long time. When I first met Jason to get a quote on the restoration from fire damage he asked me to envision what my house would look like if he could use the space to re-build my dream house. I chuckled inside because I was prepared to be taken down a path of bottomless promises. I told Jason that we didn't have enough money to create my dream home but he insisted that he would come as close as possible to giving me what I wanted. Jason never made promises but he assured me that he would find a way to give me a home that I would love. He accomplished that task better than I could have ever imagined. Jason kept us updated every step of the way and he contacted me with updates before I contacted him. He was in tuned with our needs and expectations as his customers and I really appreciated his professionalism. It got to a point that I stopped worrying about the re-building process. I really felt that I was in good hands when my picky little 10 year old son asked to meet Jason one day because he loved what was done to his bedroom.

The onsite-crew is team of professionals and they were a simple pleasure to work with. They answered all my questions and they went above and beyond to satisfy the needs of our family. Every worker had their specialty and they worked simultaneously to accomplish their portion of our rebuild and remodel.

We moved back home last week and I love to come home because there is not one flaw in the work that was done (tile, drywall, cabinets, fixtures, carpeting, moved gas lines, re-wiring, lighting, air conditioning). I do not have anything negative to say about the work ethic and integrity of the Jason and the Onsite Construction Crew.

I know that you don’t like to recommend any single company but I would be honored to speak up for Jason and his crew. Please contact us if you ever need an outside opinion for any of your future customers.

OnSite Construction is Amazing! They were willing to take over a job botched and abandoned by another contractor. Not many contractors have enough confidence in their own work to take over someone else's work ... and then get it right. Project Manager Scott Kessler is particularly talented at creative troubleshooting.

Onsite Construction has done many of our commercial projects. They have a great team and true professionals. they listen to you and try and work together in the best possible way. Communication is the best. We highly recommend this company and their team .

I used onsite to turn a living room into a flex room and to also install an external door and screen door. I worked with Jason and his team. He gave me a detailed estimate and timeline in which he was able to meet. He and the team were professional and ensured the job was completed to my liking. I’m happy with the final product and would definitely use them again.

Onsite Construction has performed two major additions to my home in South Tampa. I used them because Onsite was the #1 recommendation from my architect. If I need a 3rd addition or remodel I will be calling them again.

Most importantly, the owner has a bottom line philosophy of customer satisfaction with the final result.

Secondly, they are flexible, imaginative and responsive to your needs.

Thirdly, he stands behind his workmanship and will promptly handle any possible problems arising from his workmanship, even after the project is finished.

We used on-site to complete a fairly complicated project on our 1920s south tampa home. The house did not have a master bathroom/closet, it did however have a sun room attached to the master bedroom. The project would involve moving the access to the sunroom, demoing down to the studs, removing two large windows, creating a new opaque window, walk in shower, separate toilet room, walk in closet. The room would need new plumbing, electrical and waste.

Anyone who has owned one of these old tampa homes knows these type of projects almost never go well. However, on site did a wonderful job of completing the job on budget and without any major issues. We could not be happier with the finished product. The quality of their work was fantastic and they were able to come up with some creative solutions to a few minor things that popped up along the way.

Scott did a great job of managing the project, and chuey was an absolute joy to have in our home. The project did take a bit longer than we were quoted, but we sort of expected that when we started.

Would use again and would recommend to friends/family.
