I had the pleasure of working with Christina at Carpet Crafters Rug Co. in South Tampa on the replacement of numerous sisal rugs in my home. From initial engagement to installation and follow up, I could not be more pleased. And, the new rugs are gorgeous. Just what I needed! We had such a great experience working with Carpet Crafters from start to finish. The entire process was easy, communication was excellent, and everything moved quickly and efficiently. James, the installer, did an absolutely incredible job on our stair runner — the workmanship is truly flawless. The finished product looks beautiful and completely transformed our stairs. We are so happy with how everything turned out and would highly recommend them!

Great place for beautiful carpet! Great selection and service and the installation was very good and professional. Replaced old carpet in upstairs bedroom and stairs and was not easy given the furniture in place. Installers were pros! Would highly recommend!

Adam is very knowledgeable about all aspects of flooring. He helped us in selecting tiles and wood flooring for our renovation. In addition, he was helpful in educating us as to what was required for the installation of the different products and gave us great prices!

Vic and his team did an extraordinary job on our commercial office carpet and wood install. Great selection to choose from and his team was always prompt and did a great job in a efficient manner. Renovations and additions are always the hardest and the managed the process flawlessly.

These folks are the best there is. Professional, courteous, and were not afraid to take on the hard job. My pattern on the carpet for my staircase was quite the difficult to line up, and they did it, on point, and spot on. They also did woodwork on steps and staining. I cannot say enough wonderful things. When you have an artistic or difficult job, these guys are the ones!
