I highly recommend Mint Maintenance for their work ethic, understanding and professionalism. I never hired a cleaning service prior to ending up in an extremely stressful situation with a hostile property manager while disabled with a serious rare progressive lung disease. I had to evacuate the complex she’s singlehandedly destroying to relocate to a more human being friendly living situation. I am physically limited due to significant amount of fibrosis consuming my Lungs knowing I was taking on a task pushing reasonable limits for an able bodied person. My only hope was staying organized, I made reservations weeks ahead of time. When I called Mint Maintenance I was not rushed when explaining the situation to a very sympathetic Francesca (it may be Angela, I was dealing with many names during time). Unfortunately, all my original plans to protect my health were overruled by Hurricane Helene. I had to surrender my key to avoid more penalties by the conglomerate that owns the complex who protects their sociopathic employee. I was given no choice but to pay thousands more or roll the dice and depend on the same property manager who tormented me to give them the apartment key. Knowing I was dealing with habitual liars are habitual liar I recorded the conversation where I was ensured they knew the date and time, name of cleaning service and they would be at the office to provide the key to them. Mint Maintenance staff showed up on time and as predicted nobody was at the office despite every single preparation I could have taken even leaving a VM the day prior. Mint Maintenance team went back 4 times (honestly, I would have given up after 2), they called and called the leasing office only to go to VM. They documented everything and took timestamped photos of the office closed. Of course days later I was sent a condescending gloating email by the property manager that the apartment wasn’t cleaned knowing damn well she made it impossible for Mint Maintenance staff to have access to the apartment. I figured the property manager got her last twisted stunt on me and there was nothing I could do. I agreed to Mint Maintenance terms of condition where my deposit was nonrefundable (this is the case of every professional company). The next part of the story is what separates Mint Maintenance from being a company to being people who care about other people. They took it upon themselves to advocate for me. I did not ask and they did not have to but they did with a detailed letter to the property manager providing evidence. I was overwhelmed by their compassion for my situation. I want to be honest in my review that I never had the pleasure of seeing their work but their dedication to a person stuck in a situation that nobody wanted to get involved in is any indication of their thoughtfulness to their clients your home will be immaculate. I will absolutely call them if I am in another situation where I cannot clean my home.

Mint's service was excellent. She communicated from start to end to keep me posted about the progress. The result was excellent. My space was sparkling clean. I'm very happy with the service and will return when I need the service again.

I had an incredible experience with this company! I called the night before to get a deep pre-moving cleaning on my new house(Which was left in a very dirty condition). A team came out the following day and did an incredible job on the house. From customer service, to speed, to quality of work, the whole experience was just perfect. Mint Maintenance provides great service at an affordable price. The first time we used their service, we had plenty of notice and were able to schedule with Mint ahead of time. This time, we were only able to provide one-day notice to Mint. Still, they were able to accommodate our urgent schedule and provide the same level of thorough service. I'm not recommending that others give short notice to them but I am recommending that others utilize Mint's professional cleaning service.

Keep up the great work! You are setting the bar for other cleaning services to meet up to.
