Grant was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He tuned up our air conditioner and addressed all our questions and concerns. We will definitely continue doing business with this company in the future.

Today i was scheduled for maintenance by Air Rescue. I had the pleasure to meet Grant, the man who responded. There is not enough room here for me to adequately express how impressed i was. He is the most knowledgeable, personable, and caring professional i have ever met. He went to great lengths to explain in detail the workings of the entire system, as well as talking through everything he did and why. He showed in detail all measurements he took and what should be expected. He recorded everything with photos.He thoroughly inspected and cleaned every component and would not leave until sure i was satisfied. He made suggestions every step of the way. I cannot praise his work enough. Thank you Grant. I consider you a friend

Yesterday l had one of Air Rescue Air Conditioning Company services tech worker name Grant K who was very respectfully and helpful. Grant has the best attitude and hard working person I had seen since I purchased my AC with them. We had our system replaced October of 2024 and just had our yearly maintenance done. The young gentleman you sent out was Teshawn, Very happy to have him Come over To do the maintenance required. One of the most respectful and professional young person I have seen in the longest time. He made sure to put booties on before coming in the house even though he didn't need to. Was very quick but thorough in everything he was doing. And explained everything to us and why each thing was necessary. by the time he left we didn't have any questions left over for him and feel 100% certain that our unit is running perfectly fine and hopefully next year we can get Teshawn to come back out and do the service for us again when it's time to have it done. My mother-in-law and wife could not be happier with how professional in the five star quality of Maintenance he provided us. Definitely keeping it cold in here 🥶.Anyone having maintenance performed on their units should definitely ask for Teshawn.😀🥰😇🫡

Glenn assessed the status of our eight-year-old Lennox HVAC system, which unfortunately had to be replaced (thanks to Lennar for using low quality materials and components in their home construction). Glenn was very professional and thorough with options and analysis. Unfortunately, we had to spend quite a chunk of money that we weren't planning on. But HVAC is vital in Florida, so we are thankful to have a new high-quality system installed.

Teshawn was on time, very personable and considerate of the property. He spent a reasonable amount of time on the semi-annual service of both units. Made sure I didn’t have any questions. I would recommend him and Air Rescue.

Had new AC unit and air handler installed. Arrived on time and courteous. Explained everything after job completed and answered all questions I had. Very satisfied and would recommend Air Rescue.

I requested a second opinion regarding replacement of carrier blower wheel. The unit is 15 years old. Glenn recommended to have a he unit replace because of the age of the unit. He quoted me a whole AC estimated replacement cost. He was very professional and answered all my questions.

I sent one earlier but here it is again. Jack was awesome. Very helpful and answered all questions. Would like to have Jack return for our next 6 month appointment in August. Thank you
