We were needing ductwork in the attic replaced and never expected to find such an honest and truly professional company. Absolutely the best experience from the estimate to the completion of the job. I recently hired this company for my air conditioning needs, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. They scheduled an appointment quickly and showed up exactly on time.

The technician was professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. He explained everything in simple terms and took the time to answer all my questions. Not only did he fix the issue efficiently, but he also gave me some helpful maintenance tips to keep the system running smoothly.

Excellent service literally same day. Came out and assessed issue and found low refrigerant charge that 3 previous “big name” AC companies and their child techs missed! Walked me through the issues and let me witness the testing. Stayed until he validated everything was working and we haven’t had an issue since. House cooled right down. Definitely recommend Hector to anyone who’s not into big company price gouging for horrible service by children who have zero experience. Also he won’t charge you $80 fee just to show up like the chain companies (you know, since they have fully stocked trucks) - LOL.
