Very pleased with our decision with Fairway Heating and Cooling! We were looking to get central air put in our house but due to having a flat roof, we would have to go with mini splits. After getting 2 quotes, we had one left with this company and we were feeling discouraged. The technician came out (sorry I don’t remember his name) but he walked through what he would do, where he would place the units inside and that he could start the next day! He helped us with the financing process and was very knowledgeable and friendly. We went with Fairway because we felt the most comfortable and confident in their work. Our new system was up and running the next day and the crew came back on Saturday to finish the third room! Can’t say how impressed I am with the whole process. Very pleased at both the first tech that came out and the crew that installed! THANK YOU!

Adrian trained Angel and he did such a fantastic job! I chose Fairway because Angel gave me an honest assessment of our needs. They were a fair price and scheduled our new unit to be installed only 3 days after we signed contracts!!!! Thank you guys!!!

OK.First spoke with Nick from the front office. He was fantastic customer service. After considering many companies with a lot of ups and downs. I chose Fairway and I'm glad I did. They sent out ANGEL who is absolutely fantastic. He was Very thorough in his work . He explained everything step-by-step as he worked and sent me a full set of pictures before and after. Had a full maintenance on my unit. Highly recommend Fairway heating and cooling. Don't look nowhere else if you need a good reliable company they go Above and beyond.

Adrian and George came to do a routine check up on my A/C unit and went above and beyond with their regular maintenance and preventative care. Extremely knowledgeable and transparent with pricing and what should take priority. If you need a trust worthy A/C company go with Fairway heating and cooling!

Adrian from Fairway Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job with our AC maintenance. He’s extremely detailed—taking pictures at every step so you can see exactly what was done—and he takes the time to clearly explain everything in a way you can easily understand. His professionalism, thoroughness, and friendly approach really set him apart. During the maintenance, he discovered that my less-than-a-year-old unit was low on refrigerant and recommended checking for leaks while the unit is under warranty, potentially saving me from a bigger problem down the road. Next time you call Fairway Heating and Cooling, definitely ask for Adrian—you’ll be in great hands!
