Absolute pleasure hiring this company!! I went online and booked an appointment for the next day to repair our HVAC system, dishwasher AND dryer. I didn't expect for them to actually show up the next day....I figured I'd get a call and have to schedule a different day/ time. But what do you know? I they actually showed up at the exact time I picked off their site! Not only that- the owner came with another tech and the spent as much time as necessary to get all our appliances up and running. Honestly, hire these guys.

I am happy with the repair job on my dishwasher. Phil discovered the issue and made the repairs. Phil seemed to be very knowledgeable with regards to dishwasher repairs. In addition, He took the time to explain to me what the problem was, how the part worked and he addressed my safety concerns. I received same day service for one call and next day service the 2nd time I called the office. I would recommend FUSE HVAC &Appliance Repair.

The tech, Elijah S. is awesome. Very smart. Did a wonderful job. Very personable. Will use him any time I have an appliance issue!! Finally found a good company and great repair person.

The repairman was very professional. He knew exactly what to look for to repair. He ordered the parts they came quicker than expected. He came out the next time repaired in one hour and a half the job was complete. Thank you very much great job.

These guys are still fantastic been using them for over three years!! They came the very same day, were completely professional, and nice gentlemen. They ordered the part for my stove and returned the next day to fix it!! efficient and professional service. Highly recommend!

Anthony from Fuse came on the same day. He is very professional and friendly. He did a thorough evaluation of the problem and gave me some recommendations. Overall, the service was excellent. I'll call Fuse again if I have any issues with my appliances.

Great job! It took a week to get the parts, which was explained and proper for a 20 year old washing machine. My tech did a great job, within the promised appointment window, so I am very pleased.

Two of the eyes on my stovetop were not working. Fuse made a very quick appointment for repair during the busy Christmas holiday. They communicated regularly with a reminder and arrival time. The technician Elijah arrived on time and was friendly, professional and efficient!

Had another problem before we could get the parts in. They came within an hour and helped immediately with no additional charges. Great service and response time!

Nick came to my house to check my refrigerator that wasn’t working properly. He was extremely polite & explained what the problem was - my drain was clogged - he showed me how to maintain it myself to prevent more issues. Saved me $2000 because I thought I would have to get a new one. Very pleased with the service! Would recommend them to anyone.

Elon was prompt. Courteous diagnosis of the problem that the other company could not find. He replaced the insulation in the door, causing the problem, and the water in my refrigerator now works. He cleaned up after himself, and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs professional workmanship, not slackers. Thank you!

The HVAC and Appliance Repair person who came to fix the microwave was very personal and professional. Even though he could not fix the microwave, he spent an hour working on it. If he cannot find the needed part, he told me the microwave will be replaced. I appreciated his openness and honesty.

Aleksandr showed up promptly and replaced an malfunctioning thermostat for an ancient HVAC system within 20 minutes. I would use Fuse again without hesitation.

Victor came to fix our Fridge and did a great job. He was meticulous and experienced in getting to the core of the issue. He also went the extra mile to get the unit cleaned. Very much recommend them for appliance repairs.

Stas was able to service my fridge the same day I requested service. When the initial fix did not work, he was at my home the same day to diagnose the problem. An order was placed for a new part prior to leaving my home, and was installed within the week. All of this happened around the holidays so the flexibility and timely communication was impressive. Stas was able to answer all of my questions and was very educated on the appliances in my home. He even provided maintenance advice to reduce the number of future repairs. Highly recommend.

They showed up early, diagnosed correctly and efficiently were polite and cleaned everything up when they were done. All at a reasonable price. I would recommend them anytime. They also kept their communication up with me the whole time. What a nice refreshing change from the norm. 😁

I used my home warranty to file a claim because my refrigerator I'm freezer was no longer cooling on top I know ice was being made. Sam came out a total of four times to fix the issue! Each time they worked with me and my work schedule to come out later in the evening. Sam was always punctual, professional and explained the issues going on well. Now finally both the refrigerator and freezer are cooling properly and I have ice!

Alex was very professional and within the time frame provided to fix my front load washer. Once he discovered the issue, he showed me how to check for the next time. Definitely a company I will use again.
