Nolan was referred to me by my agent and has been my go-to for my AC/Heat since 2017. They are always professional, and responsive which is most important to me. Just recently on Monday 7/3 end of day, I reached out regarding issue with my AC. I quickly got a reply back, ensuring that they will send someone out after the holiday to take care of it. And 8 am on 7/5, I got a text that a technician is scheduled for me. They got the issue resolved quickly. I highly recommend Nolan

You can always tell a company from the top down. Nolan a very established and professional owner is very knowledgeable and manages every one of the jobs going on throughout the day and was personally on my call to add value to the situation we were having regarding air vents and ventilation in the attic. I would never use anyone else. I’ve also found that his pricing is extremely competitive and fair regardless of what you’re having done.

These guys are awesome! Punctual, respectful, knowledgeable and get the job done. Will not find another AC company that actually cares about their customers! Thank you all for your hard work.

We've been battling an AC issue since day one in our home in our mother in law suite, the builders contractor did a crap job & then did an even worse job "fixing" it. The "fixed" unit broke twice and we finally had it, started to explore new companies and options. Nolan Air was the most honest crew we spoke to. They didn't try to sell us on a system we didn't need, their pricing was fair and less then a week later my 69 year old Mother, after 4 years, finally has her part of the house cooled off, no humidity or musty air. Just perfect temperatures for her to be comfortable. Highly recommend Nolan and the crew!

Wonderful company! Outstanding customer service and extremely competitive prices. When our AC unexpectedly had to be replaced, we got several quotes. We are SO happy that we chose this company. Unit was not cooling, they had service tech name Joe out within 2 hours. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Had the system up and running in no time. Would recommend.

Nolan Air was recommended to us because of issues we were experiencing with another AC company. Nolan Air was quick to respond and did the initial service call next day. The issue was addressed by Nolan that day and we had cool air immediately. The part was ordered and yesterday Tyler came out to complete the job with the new part. He, as well as Nolan, was professional and knowledgeable and quick. Their cost was very reasonable and I would definitely call on them again for our business AC needs as well as my residential AC.

We were very pleased with our experience with Nolan Air. They showed up a day earlier than our appointment, which was great since it is so hot out. Nolan Air was the second HVAC team to look at our 14 month old Daikan One Unit and they were able to remedy our situation with a relatively quick fix. Will be using them going forward. Tech (Zach) and Apprentice (Mason) were great! Zach went above and beyond just repairing the issue. They were mindful of my property too. He also found a way to “engineer “ a more than likely, problem from reoccurring. Mason was learning about how Zach was fixing the issue and motivated to keep moving and working as a team. Zach and I discussed possible issues that might occur as the HVAC system is nearing eol. Their next visit will be to replace the system. Nolan AC will be doing that service as well!

Excellent service. Called on a Saturday evening at 6:30 and the technician Joe was at the house shortly thereafter. Problem resolved quickly and definitely recommend using this company.
