In 2006 I built a patio with Central Florida Landscaping (CFL), and in 2010 I added on a pool and a patio extension using another company. Within 2 years the NON-CFL patio sagged and required multiple adjustments and re-tamping of the dirt underneath the pavers. In sharp contrast the CFL-built patio was solid as a rock—no budging, no sagging, not even a loose paver.

I’m using CFL again as we speak to build my new patio and looking at the amount of prep work they do as well as the thoroughness with which they do it I know I made the right choice. I highly recommend them because the quality is unmatched. I’ve seen the work done by other hardscape/landscape companies and there is no comparison.

Started out great but became unresponsive- after I gave him hundreds of dollars to purchase trees, plants, etc. for my yard. I thought he was really great and he earned my trust. Then he started not showing up when he said he would. Finally he said he had been down with Covid-19 but he was recovered and would be back to finish in the next couple of days. I am headed to small claims court later this week to file a suit against him. Do NOT pay him up front. Sadly, I cannot recommend him even though he is great at this work . I can't get him to even call me.
