Jacob did a fine job. He was courteous, friendly and efficient. We have used Alvarez for many years, for many different jobs. They have always been very good and we have never had any problems. We like the idea they are a family owned and operated company that has been around for many years.

I had my AC unit replaced by Kyle H and Stevon and they did a great job with the install, clean up and making sure I know how to set up the wifi connection on the thermostat. Also giving me value advice on how to properly clean my drain line.
I also had my Water Heater replaced on a separate day in April with Alvarez and that technician was in and out. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Incredible service!! I had a pipe burst just before midnight in my garage attic. The following day my landlord arranged service here + received early morning phone call from super kind woman at Alvarez to lmk they fit me into the schedule and technician would be there shortly. Jacob arrived + can’t say enough good things about his knowledge + kind attitude. The repair was pain free for me + quick. He was able to see other issues with 20+ old pipes + put through request for those repairs as well. I cannot give insight into the cost, as it is landlord responsibility but I will tell you the entire experience of service was valuable. Seriously the most professional + human kind emergency repair service I’ve experienced in this house. I could not be more grateful :)

Had a very pleasurable experience dealing with Alvarez from start to finish. I was in need of a new AC system & I shopped 3 other companies (Red Cap, Caldeco, Goose) and Alvarez seemed to have the best deal and overall quality experience & service.

I’d like to give some praise to Brian Montgomery, who was the senior tech & sales lead who I first met with & got a quote. I very much Enjoyed how he took the time to answer all of my many questions & gave me more detail & info than any of the other salesmen I saw before & after him. He’s been in this industry both in office & now back in the field for several years & been in Tampa for a long time, so he knew his stuff.

Also like to praise both KT & Sander, who were the two techs that performed the install. They both did a wonderful job & were great to chat with & get to know

Jacob F. was recommended by a neighbor. He was an excellent HVAC technician; Explained everything he was doing. Fixed an issue another company was going to charge me almost $600 to fix. Checked out my whole HVAC system and made recommendations that were reasonable. Jacob was extremely courteous and personable! Pricing was very reasonable. He is a credit to the company.

Jacob Fox was great, very knowledgeable, walked us through his process, wasted no time and got our AC going in no time. Jacob is a rockstar and glad he came out to take care of us

Last night we discovered a leak behind the toilet from the shut-off valve & turned the water off to the house. Chaos! Called Alvarez this morning & they promptly sent out Kaleb to fix the problem.
His courtesy, knowledge, & professionalism made this repair a breeze! It's not often you find a company that has good people and does good work. Thank you, Kaleb!

Great pleasant surprise to have such a good experience with Alvarez Plumbing.
When we try a new company without a word of mouth recommendation for any type of service we kind of brace for anything. Ian, the repairman who served us was so knowledgeable, patient with our questions and did his best to explore all alternatives to do what was needed.
He fixed our very complicated clogged toilet issue! Would definitely have them back for future plumbing needs!

Sean was excellent and dedicated to making sure my kids and I would have heat again as we were heading into the coldest weekend Florida has seen in many years. We are so pleased with our experience purchasing a home water system from Alvarez plumbing. From start to finish, Keith was great. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Never pressured just informed. In fact we were getting a quote to have them install a system we were going to buy online, and he didn't mention their's until I asked.
Keith's installation was clean, straight, and tight...professional. He worked diligently but didn't rush or cut corners. Everything looks great.
We purchased a water softener and RO system. The pricing was competitive and the system works great!
We are very pleased and would highly recommend Keith and Alvarez Plumbing if you are considering a water system.

Brian came to give an estimate for a new heat pump. I was impressed with his knowledge and how much he showed and told me about what the company had to offer in new a/c heat pumps. Answered all my questions and more.
Added review: My A/C is now installed ! The next day! I can’t say enough about James W.,Axiel, and Tony! They called this morning to let me know their ETAand arrived promptly. James explained what they would be doing and asked if I had any questions before they started.They were quiet and respectful of my property. They got it done in a timely manner. James then went over my responsibilities as the homeowner to keep unit in top shape. He also explained how to use the new thermostat. I am happy that I chose Alvarez to do the job!

Alvarez plumbing was very professional, worked with my schedule and fixed my shower faucet leak and replaced my sink faucet and hardware on the weekend with ease. Perry has over 40 years of experience and it shows, I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. Would definitely recommend.

Work done - Commercial HVACs and plaza electrical issue from TECO replacing reformer near by. They were honest, professional, easy to work together with and job done successfully. Had to call on them twice once
For the problem and again for the repair work but the job was done right the first by them.
TECO wanted them there when they came back to access that things were good so the price paid was for 2 trips. 5 star

The pros at Alvarez Plumbing and Air Conditioning once again have impressed us with their expertise, diligence, and sincere service! We just purchased Safety Zone, a whole house water filtration and softener system from them. We were impressed with their educating us of the different systems and assistance arranging financing. I would give Joe B and Keith J a thousand stars a piece! Protect your family from all the harmful things in your water and appliances from corrosion.

Jacob from Alvarez plumbing rescued us today. One of my contractors broke off my PRV valve to my house and water was spraying everywhere! I saw him working on my neighbors house so I stopped by and he made sure to get to us quickly.

He fixed our issue promptly and professionally and thankfully our water is back on after only being off for about an hour.

My husband and I want to thank the service techs, Manual and David, for fixing our clogged drain. The washer was backing up and sometimes it would backup into the kitchen sink. They were able to assess the problem and fix it promptly. We appreciated the fact that we were notified that they were arriving a little late due to a delay at a previous job. We would definitely call them again.

Alvarez Plumbing has saved the day for us yet again. I love this company. They are so professional, from the moment you first call them, to the moment a technician comes out to help. This is the second time we needed them, ( different issue) And as normal they were super nice, efficient and most importantly super knowledgeable. They also give the best advice when it came to how to prevent future issues, which we will ise them for that as well. If you need air duct cleaning I highly recommend Jacob Fox. He was very professional and took his time explaining the cleaning process and the different options he would recommend for our unit.
