Had a great experience with Florida Plumbing & Environmental. Very professional and they did a great job. Shawn was super friendly and great to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Shawn was very knowledgable on the work he was doing at our house and offered some suggestions to help with our plumbing. He was sincere and you could tell he was here to help and not go after adding more cost to get more money. We will definitely use this company again in the future and I highly recommend them for anyone’s plumbing needs! Thank you.

Shawn did a great job!!! After the plumber from the company "Hers and His" came, he didn't do a thing. For days he try to sell me a tank for the toilet, then he switch over to a whole new toilet. The only thing the thank needed was new screws. He could not remove the screws so he try to sell me a new toilet and then i would have to pay him to install it. What a shame.
Florida Plumbing & Environmental Service (Shawn) came to my rescue, change the screws and the work was done. He also adjust the stopper from the sink, something the plumber from "Hers & His could not do.🤦‍♂️😰

I just wanted to say that our experience with Ray was absolutely amazing. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is working properly and the way it should while giving you a fair price on it all. He takes time in his work and has shown some of the best customer service I have received. It is rare to have someone take care of you like they would take care of family, but I have to say Ray made me feel like he would do all he could to help. Thank you so much for fixing the issue and being an absolute pleasure to work with!!

I wanted to take a minute and give a HUGE thank you for the exceptional service I received from this company. We had an emergency and at 10:40PM Ray came out. Well, to make a long story short, he didn't leave until almost 2:30AM with the issue still not being fixed. remind you, we could not use anything that pertained to turning the water on. So, when they said they were sending someone out again today, I was so happy to see it was Ray again. Well, after a few more hours, (over 24 w/o any usage of water) FINALLY found the issue .This man is so patient and pleasant to speak to. In my eyes he went above and beyond any serviceman needed to as he was destined to find the cause of the problem. I also have to include his boss Mike, who I know I drove crazy with the phone calls. At the end, we had a nice conversation and also very thankful that everything was fixed. I know this is a little long, but I like to give credit to where it is due. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again if needed. Good job guys!!!

This company is the most unprofessional company ever!!!!, We had an appointment with them and we waited all day and no one showed. I called later and spoke to a lady who said we were infact on their schedule but to not leave they were on our way.

I made an appointment for them to come out and fix my issue through my warranty company. They were many hours late and I had to call to even find that out. They were supposed to come out again to complete the repair and had to wait all day without any notice on when they would arrive. Called the office and was told they would give me an update but never received a call back. Very unprofessional and would not recommend this company to anyone. Please look elsewhere

I can not believe anybody gave this place a positive report. They were chosen by my warranty company because the claim was expeditited and they told me they would be able to fix it in 24 hrs. I had no water. Mike came out the following day and said he was not even someone who COULD fix it, as he did "leak detection". So noone would even come look at the leak until the following day and for 300$!!!!. He had a "bad knee" so he couldn't do it. He promised to call me back after making sure the home warranty would cover the 300$ to just look at the leak under the house. So i waited..... FOUR HOURS and he did not answer when i called. Finally i called my warranty place to find out myself and they told me he called after he left here and said he didnt want the job, never even asked if they wouod cover it.. So now noone can come until later in the week, because its too late in the day to even schedule anything.. Terribly unprofessional and not to mention completely insensitive. Now i have to pay an after hours plumber because i need water.

If I could give them zero stars I would!! My water heater went out on May 27th (Sunday). I contacted my home warranty company on Wednesday (May 30th) and they told me that Florida Plumbing was going to contact me. Well, they did, however I was sleeping because I work night shift and missed their call. I kept trying to call them back with the number that called me last four digits 1363 and no one answered. This went on for Wednesday and Thursday. I then called my warranty company again Thirsday afternoon (May 31) and they said they will leave a voicemail for Florida plumbing to call me back. Friday morning I did not get a call back and finally I called them in the afternoon. The lady told me she was going to a meeting but she will call me for sure at 4 or 5pm to try to have someone at my house by Sat (6/2). Anyway, I did not get a call Friday nor Saturday and I called my home warranty and asked to switch vendors. Of course they said they have to give them another chance and they said they would call me back Monday. I then decided to call Florida plumbing directly and I spoke with a "Mike". He told me he would call me Monday morning(6/4). Again, no call Monday all day! I then called my warranty company on Tuesday and they said that they would have to call them again to find out why they havent came to my house yet but they got no answer and finally I got to switch vendors. I havent even received a courtesy call back apologizing or explaining why they havent contacted me. A water heater is important, especially if you have guests over!!! Manager or owner, please dont reply after reading this to make yourself look good in a review. At this point, I dont care what you have to say!

Awful experience. Horrendous customer service and offers no guarantee on their work at all. I used their services on Saturday March 5th for a blockage. Within a week the problem resurfaced in the same area of our home and they would not come out to look at it again. The owner, Mike, responded with "maybe if you spend some money, things will get fixed"...he says this after we have already spent nearly $1,000 on the issue. I would never recommend this company to anyone and if your home warranty company uses them as a vendor, DEMAND A DIFFERENT VENDOR.
