I'm a building contractor and I learned about this store from a friend of mine who's a plumber. This place is the best store I go to. On my second visit the guys already knew my name and greeted me. Very knowledgeable staff who are friendly and more than capable of helping you out with any questions you have about plumbing installations and repair. They are also a Milwaukee tools distributor and are very helpful when it comes to the Milwaukee line of tools. These guys are a class act and I just had to leave a review.

Highly recommend Lois Pollock! She is incredibly knowledgeable (28 years of plubing experience), friendly and fun to work with! She knows the products and pricing inside and out and will work with you to find products to meet your style and budget!

Excellent customer service and follow up. I'm in the process of tearing down two bathrooms and a kitchen. I went in with my wife with only had a vague idea of what we wanted. Jennifer was super and helped us find exactly what we wanted and gave us helpful ideas we hadn't considered. Had a horrible experience at another plumbing and lighting chain and was hesitant to go back downtown and get more of the same. I should have gone here first and you should too. Showroom is gorgeous with a ton of options on display. Our product arrived quickly and we will definitely be back for more.

I had the "Best" customer service at the Hydrologic Kennedy location in Tampa. Cathy did an outstanding job and had the best disposition of any sales representative i have ever encountered! The positive energy between her and her colleague, Lois has made my experience amazing! Her level of knowledge and customer service blows the competitor away.

Bought all of my plumbing fixtures here for my bathroom remodels. Rohl brand. Very nice. Customer service was so-so, but my designer recommended them, and they had a nice showroom, which I appreciated.

Had some nice things but felt like the plumbing dept was inconvenienced.

We are remodeling our bathroom. I had heard good things about Hydrologic so I drove 40 minutes to the Hydrologic Tampa store. I needed to purchase all the sink faucets, shower faucets, tub, toilet, and bathtub. I walked around the whole store for about 20 minutes. I saw no one and no one offered to help. Nice showroom though.
